Pros and Cons

Bought a new 2023 XRT Santa Fe-Pros- value for the money, nice interior, good size cargo area. Cons- Trans went out at 5K, handling leaves something to be desired, audio needs an upgrade. We have purchased 2 of these vehicles in 2023, overall they are decent for the money.

New car

So far I like this car. This is my wife's car and she loves it. Power from turbo is exceptional. Mileage is great. Only criticism is infotainment system is hard to learn . Touch screen takes your eyes off the road!

Very necesito car

very good economical car so far we have not had any problems with it, It has a good design compared to previous years, the only thing that sometimes affects us is the air in the tires and we have to put air in them but other than that, excellent car

The dealership made the search and purchase easy. The Santa Fe was everything we were looking for with all the features desired. Well made and good looking vehicle. Very minor complaints on the auto hold feature and infotainment system.

Please review previous comments. It's a good SUV, but there are some aggravations. So, it's not perfect. I think I've said enough from my previous responses. Santa fe

I have really enjoyed my SUV. I still have a lot to learn about it due to not driving it very much. The only concern we have had is that the back seat passengers say it gets hot. The other concern is trying to find a comfortable setting in the drivers seat.

In general, I feel comfortable- my main concerns now is the brakes problem and other small concerns.

Although there were some things that were missing when I picked it up from the dealer, such as minor damage in several places and paint damage. I didn't have time to take it back to the dealer for minor repairs. When the engine oil had to be changed, I was forced to change it elsewhere, because the dealer had a full schedule. The only thing that concerns me is the problem of the brakes not functioning properly and even smelling like burning rubber, especially when going downhill. I will consult a few other small things with the mechanic at the Hyundai maintenance center later.

The Hyundai Santa Fe fits my needs, as far as family trips and business trips when I have to haul cargo (or luggage). Great value for the money. No problems, but some of the alarms are confusing (lane assist, etc)

after 2k Miles of Hwy & city driving I would not have bought this Card. The front seats leg area is to narrow with the very large wide console. If the console was few inches narrow and the seats front and back both were slid back a few inches it would make a big difference in long distance driving. The console concerns us also with all the busy horizontal buttons with drink holders if a spill acurs what happens with all the electronics? The side mirrors need to be slid forward on the doors. If the small post was left out of the front windows you could slide the forward and much better viewing. We like the style of the card and surprised at the hwy MPG.

Overall a good reliable car

This is our forth Hyundai and we have had a good experience with all of them. The 2023 showed some unexpected non mechanical flaws that we are still working through. Carpeting was replaced about a month after delivery and I am still working through a defect with the leather seat.

I really like my hyundai santa fe

Was not a fan of the previous version of the santa fe, however, I enjoy the sleak look of the newer version. People actually comment on the look of my vehicle. Don't like the look of the new tucson, which was my car of choice previously. I will be sticking w/ the santa fe, as long as it looks nice both inside and out. Want to work my way up to the palisade, though.

A quality vehicle

Like the standard features, ride, and price. Very quiet interior. I replaced a 2007 Santa Fe with 220,000 miles on it. This vehicle has more features than I thought would be on it. Went for the budget on this.

Nice Classy Vehicle

Nice classy ride that is also very comfortable. There are also nice features to choose from at different trim levels. I opted for SEL but added Premium to get me the blend I wanted such as panoramic sunroof, digital cluster, and premium audio. Compared to what I’m used to driving this thing drives like a dream. Also note that the premium package includes a film or something on the windows that suppresses outside noise.

2023 Sante Fe

I bought this family SUV to replace my Toyota Tacoma and it was a good decision . Sante Fe drives and feels good but needs to improve on interior design also must have start button in all trim levels because using keys is not comfortable anymore. Overall is a spacious good ride for the family

Good value . Average performance with base engine . Good style for SUV. Good safety features. Dealing with local dealers a challenge. Will buy next vehicle thru Costco. Dealer service always overpriced, regardless of brand.
