Service is the key for success!

Service is very important to a customer! At San Bruno Hyundai dealership. I recently went to your service department to check out why is my car's trunk leak badly in rain. The service agent refused my suggestion to use hose of water to test the leak while I was there. He suggested that I should wait for a rainy day to bring the car back to check the leak. I bought all Apple products from them because of their excellent services! I hope Hyundai dealer ships should improve their services to gain more sales!

Bought car new as my retirement gift. Customers painted in my favorite color, purple. Hannhita is fun to drive and brings me great pleasure. Every one in my neighborhood loves it. All amenities are great. Great gas mileage as well.

Great gas mileage between EV and regular driving

I have been getting great gas mileage especially during warmer weather. The drive is comfortable for long drives that I have taken and the noise level while on the road is low. Its a great car and although this is my first hybrid I had a Sonata before this purchase

2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid

I would not buy this vehicle again. I have been very disappointed with many small features that I use daily. No place to put my sunglasses without them getting scratched. Person in back seat has no place to put a coffee cup ... only a plastic water bottle! Even the front seat doors will only hold a plastic water bottle. The one that irritates me the most is although the doors will unlock if it detects the keys, the trunk will not! Trying to dig my keys out of my purse with a full load in my hands is impossible! I have to unlock my door, press the trunk release button, and then go put things in the trunk. I thought this was a family car! My 15 year old Toyota Camry has all of these features ... I will go back to the Camry with my next car purchase. When car shopping for this car, the Hyundai car sales people were so much nicer than those at Toyota. I thought the car would be as nice, but I was wrong. Don't tell me that I need to buy an upgraded model for these type of features . . . they should be standard on a family car and make the difference between being satisfied overall with the vehicle or seeking another car maker with the next car purchase.

Hyundai sonata hybrid limited 2023

Nice car. Compared to our 2015 Hyundai Sonata hybrid limited model, one feature that does not exist in new one is the auto lock after car is parked and key fob is no longer within range. Now the car just stays unlocked.

Hybrid issues

Having trouble with hybrid. Waning light comes on i have pull over turn car off then start and go again. I dont even have 60k miles on it. 3rd time in shop trying get it fixed. Very frustrating

My car stranded me 7 times. 2 of the times it was on a freeway and the car lost power and put me in danger of being hit by another car.

My hybrid Sonata has all my desired safety features & 50- MPG. Wow!

This is my second Sonata Hybrid and I was impressed with all of the improved safety features. My mileage is superb and and the car runs smoothly and flawlessly.I believe the Sonata hybrid is the best styling / comfort / value automobile on the market.

Halley Sonata Review

I love everything about my Sonata except for the door locks. With every car I have ever owned, I can exit the driver side door, depress the door lock button and lock the vehicle. My Sonata will not allow me to do that. The lock button is not operational and I must lock the car with my key fob. The service dept says that is for my own safety so I don't lock the fob in the car. I have been driving for 75 years and that has never happened. To make matters worse, when I leave the car unlocked when running errands and return, more often then not the door will lock as I approach and I have to unlock it with the fob. Service tells me that the door should unlock when I grab the handle. Not always the case. I have owned the car for two years and this problem still bugs me. I would not buy another Hyundai if this problem still exists.

Great comfortable hybrid that gets 40-50 MPG

Our 2023 Sonata hybrid is a comfortable sedan that gets 40 to 50 miles per gallon. We use it both around town and on trips. I just wish it was a bit more peppy when you need to go faster.

Car is Great but missing cup holders in the back

I have had some minor issues with the car. One is there is no cup holders in the back. The other is the car looses all settings and ability to remote start if it sits for a day parked.
