Terrific Car

I have had this car for 5 years and have traveled 140,000 miles. We have drive cross country to Boise Idaho and San Jose California five times. The car has excellent in all kinds of weather and conditions. From climbing the Rockies to the deserts of Arizona. We have never had one problem on any of these trips.

Outstanding vehicle !

We have traveled across the country from New Jersey to Bosie Idaho and San Jose California five times. We have taken the northern and southern routes over the Rockies and in the deserts of the southwest. Our 2011 Forester has been terrific with NO problems and averaged 30 mpg. Great car and still runs well at 145,000 miles and is just five year old.

Great vehicle!

I love my Subaru Forester! It's safe, reliable and well made requiring little to no service other than oil changes every 5,750 miles. It's comfortable and gets great mileage.

National Park Road Trip

Our 2011 Subaru Forester was a superstar, carrying us 12,000 problem- free miles for 10 weeks as we toured 17 national parks in May, June and July 2016. Through snow, sleet, hail, torrents of rain and high mountain passes the car never failed us once!

Easy to drive and a good all around car especially in bad weather. One problem, I need the seat to go higher. I am only 5ft.

Terrific Vehicle

My Subaru Forester has 189,000 miles and still runs very well. It has take us cross country 4 times in the last seven years. It handles any conditions and you feel very safe even in a snow storm in the Rockies. Great car-looking for many more good miles.

My Forester

Bought used, and it has been everything that we need. We use it on far eastern Long Island, where all wheel drive is often necessary. Handling is solid, and great gas mileage. Thoroughly enjoy driving

Love love love my Forrester. I was sad that the newer models seems top heavy. The years 2011 - 2013 are the very best. Subaru had it right. Once you go Forrester you don't go back. ?

I have over 200,000 miles on my Forester. Car has taken us across country 5 times and covered 49 states. From the field of he midwest to the Rockies never had a problem. Terrific vehicle with very little extra maintenance.

I love my 2011 Subaru Forrester

After hearing so many positive things about Subaru, I chose to buy a used Forrester. I love this vehicle! I’ve driven it for over four years through snow, ice, rain, mud, smoke and sunshine. The sight lines are great. The handling is solid. The headroom and leg room is the best I’ve experienced in any car since the days of the “tanks” from the 70’s and earlier. Gas mileage is decent and the ride comfortable whether short hops or major road trips. Having Subaru service take care of my car has given me peace of mind .... although nothing major has gone wrong. I fully expect to keep this Forrester for years and put 250,000 miles on it.

237,000 miles and still running

We have driven this car across the country 4 times and it has performed in a excellent manner. Never had one problem! Has sufficient power to climb the Rockies and handle several snow storms while driving in the Plains. Handled very well on the twisting curves of the Pacific Coast Highway. Always feel safe while driving.

My Subaru

Although my Subaru is no longer a young car, she is still a sturdy, comfortable car. I feel completely safe driving her on both short and longer runs. I frequently drive from Greensboro to Durham or Wilmington, and the only problem I have had is a flat tire. I do find it strange that one bad tire requires four new tires.

Love my Subie!

I bought this 2011 model in 2019 with 65000 miles on it. Its a comfortable ride.. and handles well. It gets decent gas mileage on long trips but could do better on short ones. Overall, I like the amenities and quality of this brand.

2011 Forester

Comparing my older car with the Forester model I had as a loaner, I found that the loaner car felt wider and I didn’t like the fender flare. I didn’t feel that I knew the actual size of the car. Of course, the rear back-up camera was even better. I felt crowded in the driver’s seat as opposed to my Touring. I hope there are some changes made in future models. I do love my current Touring with Turbo car.
