Love my Toyota first problem in 9 years. Just a broken belt. Could have been bad, drove 800 miles, waited till we were off the road and settled in for long stay. Thank God for good truck good service.

Have a 2011 tacoma 4x4. Owned since new. 132000 miles. Been solid and dependable. Will see Rebecca at Vancouver Toyota when we are ready to buy another. Will most likely get a v6 trd sport or a 4runner.

2008 Workhorse

200k+ miles and still running like a Swiss watch! This truck is a workhorse and gets the best mileage per gallon of gas regardless if I am hauling anything or not. It does not leak, drip, burn or use oil. It had 70k miles when I bought it used and so far, it has been a very reliable truck for the past 5 years.

Toyota tacoma

We have owned Toyota trucks since our first new 4x4 in 1981. Love them. Generally worth nearly what we paid for tbem.new within a few years . Have 3 tacoma 4x4 pickups and a new 4runner. Love the overall quality, performance and value.

Toyota tacoma

Excellent milage and durability!! Over 200k miles and still going strong. Minimum maintenance required and no major problems. I change the oil every 3K but other than that this truck just keeps on running.

Toyota tacoma

This is an excellent vehicle. Over 200k miles and still going. What a great purchase this was 10 years ago. I’ve had no major issues with this vehicle in the decade I’ve owned it. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone.

2011 Tacoma - Standard Transmission

People describe the Tacoma as 'agrarian.' I agree - is that a bad thing? This vehicle is tough as nails. Well built, great engine, large features on the console - good for using them with work gloves on - imagine that!

Runs Great w/ No Problems

I bought my 2011 quad-cab Tacoma with a 6’ bed in 2014 with about 26k miles on it. I now have about 126k. It’s super reliable with a very powerful engine. It also handles great on curvy country roads. Very comfortable to drive on long trips. I keep it well maintained and have had absolutely no mechanical problems. It’s a beast in 4x4 mode. I never worry when traveling in snow or ice.

Overview of my 2011 Tacoma, 4WD

I've had 5 Tacomas, all 4WD, my 2011 being the latest. All were enjoyable, and gives/gave decent mileage (18 -20 mpg), and are/were trouble free. Higher fuel mileage would be welcomed as even a Ford 150 has better fuel mileage. However, I would suggest to Toyota that they get more modern and up to date with updated capabilities, including safety, to communications, to including more luxury items. The ride is rough (I know it is a truck) but there should be a version that has a more softer, comfortable ride for those of use who use it mostly in the city and for long trips though it should still be able to carry a good usable load. The engine (V6) has sufficient power for most of my uses. The slide rail on the box sides with tie downs and the tie downs in the bottom corners of the box are very useful. The composite box vs metal is great, no rust, but it is slippery unless you put a rubber mat in it. The external 110 v. power plug in the truck box is a joke. It is totally useless as when not running the engine as it can only deliver 100 watts. Anyone need to light a light bulb? And only 400 watts with the engine running. With 400 watts, I can't run any decent power tools, let alone trying to run a circular saw with the engine off. I've got the sport, club cab version. The big boom box in the rear seat is useless. I don't need the additional noise capability it can produce and it just takes up way, way too much room. Get rid of it. Also, improve the sound insulation. The amount of road/wind noise is too much, a quiter cab is highly desired (luxury?). It should have daylight running lights for improved safety. I don't need or want a screen with navigation. A Garmin for navigation does just fine when needed. Yes, power outlest in the cab should be retained, two preferred. I like the controls layout....keep the knobs, don't go to touch screen type of controls. With knobs/push buttons, one can easily find them and change functions without looking at a scree, trying to see it first, and then to try and use the control(s). Radio functions, volume, tune, mode... on the steering wheel are good.

best pick up I have ever owned

No problems, no worries, runs great and dependable. Comfortable and easy to drive. Only thing that would be better would be an improvement in gas mileage.

2011 Toyota Review

Love the vehicle overall. Can't work auxiliary power source. Vehicle cab is really noisy on the road (sounds like door is not completely closed).
