Toyota Tacoma Love my truck

I have had my truck for a little over a year best thing I did was buy this truck I have over 25,000 in this year so I spend a lot of time on the road a great little truck

Love my new truck.

I no longer needed a big truck, so I opted for a Tacoma. Great decision. Still carries my yard waste to recycle center, helps me move furniture and gets double the gas mileage as my old truck. Very pleased.

Tacoma for the long haul

We bought our double cab Tacoma because of its proven design and long term reliability . It's not a full size pickup but it fits the needs for our lifestyle. We didn't want to buy more truck than we really need. Power and mileage are fine and resale values are the best.

My Toyota Tacoma

I have wanted this vehicle for many years and have finally gotten it. I have not once regretted the purchase of this vehicle in the past 9 months. I really enjoy owning & driving the best ride ever.

new truck

Bought my 5th Toyota 4x4 this year, only the second one that was brand new. I wouldn't drive any other truck. The good. I know that it'll run forever just like my other trucks did. No other truck comes close in real world reliability or resale. Drives really well on and off road, especially with a new set of proper truck tires. Fit and finish is solid and clean. Great headlights. Pretty simple dash and gauge arrangement ( I don't feel like I'm driving a smartphone ). V6 is bad ass even though the gas milage kind of sucks. Definitely not a deal breaker for me, I like the power and the 6spd manual transmission. Greatly improved seats from my 2001 ( thank you Toyota ). Limited slip system is awesome ( mostly ) All around Swiss Army knife of trucks. The Bad ( or at least not so good ). Reg Cab model discontinued, which I would have bought though the access cab is really cool. TPMS sensors, good grief... What an expensive and stupid thing to have. Traction control in the form of engine management. At least let the driver be able to turn it off as its unbelievably annoying especially off-road. Same for ABS. Limited Slip.... The system is fantastic and even though it comes with the " off-road " model WHY IS THERE NOT FULL LIMITED SLIP IN 4H and 4L when you need the f$&)ing traction the most. Ridiculous. I shouldn't have to spend another 10-15K to get the off road model with tons of extra crap I don't want when off roading is such a huge part of Toyotas history. This feature should be on all 4x models hands down. Un-lit 4X mode dial. Really ? Mode selector buttons should be under the stereo not near the change stash above my left knee. There ya go.

2015 toyota tacoma 4x4

The headliner is paper thin, so it is very noisy inside. When it rains, it is very loud. Does not toe as well as my Dodge did. The radio is top of the line, and I love the backup camera, but those might be it's only good features.

2015 Toyota Tacoma

This is my 5th Tacoma since 1989. I have been commuting back and forth over Teton Pass since 1996. Even on the sketchiest days in the winter, I am always confident that I and my passengers will arrive safely. All my service is done by Teton Toyota. Their department is outstanding. 2015 tacoma

Most is great, But the weather station SUCKS very ,very MUCH, I had to order a 400 dollar mirror so I could tell what the temp was out side, This is my 3rd Tacoma so this was a real let down, you mirror adjustment still does not have an led light so I am still searching in the dark going down the road with someone on my bumper blinding me with their lights this is kind of a safety issue but I have said something before must be falling on deft ears or they don't care. The rest of the rig is pretty dang great and well thought out.

Traded 2014 for 2015

Traded a 4 cyl manual trans 2014 tacoma access sr5 for a 2015 tacoma prerunner 4 cyl automatic sr5. The new one doesn't have quite the quick response the 2014 had but we are happy with it.

This vehicle meets our needs in every way.

We already owned a 2004 and were very happy with it (in fact now that my wife has the new truck 'lil red' becomes mine. The new Tacoma has more power better gearing and the backup camera we need for towing our camper. And with the crew cab our dogs or grandchildren or both will have space in the back seat. We love our truck.

Confortable

As a Senior Women giving up my luxury car for a truck was a bold move. I had wanted a truck for some time, but couldn't afford both a car and a truck. That is I thought I needed both. Sorry to say I used my car as a truck as much as possible, which was hard on my car. Waiting or relying on others to do any hauling I needed was so very frustrating. By purchasing the Tacoma, which is not a huge truck I got just the size I needed, I have hauled about 25 loads or more of various items in just the 3 months that I've had it. I love it. It is so comfortable, not like I imagined a truck to ride. My only complaint is the cup holder for the back seat.. . it takes up to much room for what I consider a non-essential item. If I didn't need a car seat in the back, it probably would be OK. Personally I can do without it.

Drive on!

Albeit we have only racked up 500 miles thus far, the truck is solid. We bought this truck to be used as our hunting, fishing and camping rig, I believe it will suite our needs very well. We did take it out off road one time, the truck performed above and beyond our expectations. Very solid vehicle, we are very pleased.
