Best after purchase service
Great overall experience from purchasing the car to dealing with the maintenance department.
Pricing is great too when it comes to services and spare parts (learned that the hard way after trying my luck with a local shop on my breaks). Honest and will only recommend what you need, not what they can get you to buy.

Friendly Professional Service Mgr and Technicians
Justin, the service manager along with Andrew and Tyler are a team second to none and better than most. Along with them the technicians are superior and if there is a mistake -- they are quick to remedy it. I believe in this team so much that I bring my Ford here as well as my Hyundai. I have been coming here for six years and I do so with continued confidence. I can't say enough except to say they are Blue Ribbon all the way!

Quick tire change!
It was my first time using Machens Hyundai but I got a flat tire on my way to work one morning and wanted to get a new one put on over my lunch break. The service technician who I worked with was very polite and friendly! I offered to leave and come back but he assured me they could get it taken care of in about 30 minutes. They did and I was able to get back to work right on time. Great experience!
