I only take my car to this dealership. I firmly believe their having the service history is like a doctor having a patients history. They even make notes of what to keep their eye on for future visits. I am pleased that if I ask, they will hand me back a vacuumed and washed car. Classy service.
Brought our Pallisade in for it's first 7,500 mile scheduled maintenance. Service, including car wash, took two hours as promised by service advisor when I dropped it off first thing in the morning. Best part...no surprises on the bill! Tire rotation and oil change were complimentary, coming with the purchase of our vehicle, but I didn't know if there were going to be any tack on charges for cabin air filter or other stuff. Turns out nothing else was needed and we went on our merry way with a nice freshly washed SUV.
Excellent Service and Highly Recommend St Charles Hyundai for our 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT! FAST and friendly and kept me informed during service for a Simple Oil Change! Pointed out a few items that required immediate attention which were fixed fast! However, here’s the BUT….2 to 3 weeks to schedule an Oil Change? C’mon man! What happened to the days when you could call the dealership and get an Oil Change scheduled within a day, or so? Is this the NEW NORM? If that’s the case, something needs to change PDQ! I’ve been a LOYAL Hyundai owner for 18+ years and currently own 3 Hyundai’s! I’ve never seen it this poor for a service request! It might be this COVID thing, but something needs to change FAST! Other than the Service Request, this dealership is 5-Stars! Fast, friendly, Clean service and waiting area! Most, if not all, Employees had a smile on their face and very friendly! I felt they truly valued my business!
