I bought a 2 year service plan and it was great! From drop off to pick up, the Hyundai service team takes great care. I especially liked having one service rep (Cheryl) assigned to me. I always got to deal with the same person each and every visit. By the way: I really like my sales rep too. I bought 2 Genesis cars from Bird and he is awesome! I highly recommend St Augustine Hyundai.

Once again Service Provider Cheryl did an outstanding job. However things were very slow when first arrived. There was only one service provider to check in a line of cars and he also had drive them away. Took atleast 15 minutes maybe more to finally get to me.

What a delight he is!!Keith came over to me to let me know that he was working on my vehicle and gave me the status. I was very impressed with the customer service when I purchased my Sante Fe Sport. My first service appointment for an oil change did not disappoint. The service team was just as committed to customer service as the sales team. I have never, in all my years of purchasing automobiles, experienced the level of customer service exhibited by Hyundai in St. Augustine.
