clean, friendly and fast
I am very pleased with my 2016 Sonata that I purchased just 2 months ago.
I have only one very small complaint.
the one tire had a very small leak when I purchased the car.
I paid for my 1st oil change and told them about the leak. they repaired it.
I left a couple of days later for a 4000 mile trip to see my son in Tucson Arizona.
I had to refill the tire on every fill up.
on the next oil change after the trip, I told them about the tire. I have now spent enough now on repairs to the same tire, that I could have bought a new tire.
the good news is , I do believe this time it has no small leaks.

Best place to buy and service your Hyundai/Genesis
From sales to service, St. Charles Hyundai has been nothing less than stellar. As someone who was brand agnostic, I've been sold on Hyundai/Genesis since I bought my Genesis sedan. Since then, we've bought a Santa Fe Sport and even have an '07 Sonata with 230k miles on it that still runs like a top. For the price, you can't beat the features and that includes the fantastic infotainment system with Bluelink. Without reserve, we recommend Hyundai vehicles to our friends and family. Our next purchase will be a Hyundai without question, and it'll be bought at St. Charles Hyundai.

Timely Service Dept.
We have leased my wife's last 2 cars from you and everything has always went well.
St. Charles Hyundai has a Great Service Dept.

My Tucson I bought from Napleton's Hyundai and I do not like their service dept. so I
will NOT be doing business with them in the future.
Service is always needed on any vehicle so the Service Dept. is very important to me.
I will probably continue to get my oil changes from Napleton since when I bought the Tucson new from there they gave me Ten - $25.00 coupons for oil changes and I have only
used Five of them. But after that St. Charles is my go to Service Dept.
