Good customer service and maintenance, but I don’t know why the car still shows it needs service in 12 days. I am wondering if I need to take a car back to check?

Professional and honest people
For a recent factory scheduled maintenance, they recommended an alignment check. At first, I didn’t think it’s needed. But they explained to me professionally. So I ordered the service. It turned out that my car’s alignment was off a lot. And the car drive much smoothly after the service.

The only thing I had to comment in was the External Car wash, job done was messy, I had to wipe off the dirts myself as is still dripping water with dust when car is ready.
