Great First Experience
This was my first time visiting the Hiley dealership for service after having a horrible experience at Vandergriff Hyundai (who by the way ripped me off, but that's another story). I encountered Mary upon entering the service area and found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all of the issues with me and gave me time to figure out what I was going to do. I even like that they had a financing option available although I decided not to use it. I really enjoyed my visit here and will definitely be coming back when I need my car serviced.

So far, I consider this dealer to be honest in dealings. I am never suggested to do additional, high cost work. Nothing makes me suspect that they are more interested in my money than in what is right.

Wow!
Mary was wonderful while we were there. She explained everything very well without making me feel pressured to make choices. She had the filters pulled for us to look at so that we could decide whether or not they needed to be replaced. She even discussed some scuff marks that were on the sides of the car and had the body shop guys buff them out. I felt very well taken care of. She is a gem. Joy was also kind enough to check us out when we were finished since Mary was finishing a call.

Good morning Larry.  Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey.  I'm sorry to hear about the scratch in the back glass.  Since it wasn't visual at the time we checked in the vehicle and performed the pre-delievery inspection, or at the time of sale, it sounds like it may have happened prior to you coming in for your first service.

I was there to get a number of recalls handed also inform of other thing my car needed and the cost of each not just a list but explain on the sheet in word and diagram .

Came in for a 60k mile service after making an appointment online. Good discount offered through dealer’s website. My service associate was pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to listen to the items I didn’t need done due to having those services provided for free elsewhere. Made an appointment for 7:30, and I was done by 10:30. Would definitely recommend!!!
