I bought my car from Eckert in 2006 and they are the only dealership that has serviced it. The buying experience was one of the easiest least pressure car sales I've ever dealt with and the service dept has always been good, never felt like I was sold something I didn't need. In fact they will tell you if they see something, but will also tell you if they think you need to deal with it right away or can deal with a little further down the road. Have NEVER been told like I have from other dealerships ...this car may not make it home, you need to do this work RIGHT now. Jimmy has been my service advisor for quite a while, always a nice, respectful experience.

Quick and Courteous
Had my Sonata Oil Change/Transmission Serviced and it all took less than two hours. The dealer provided transportation to the local Shopping Mall so we got some shopping done and had lunch. The driver , Jaime, was very professional and quick also. GREAT JOB!!!

Great Auto--Not so great service
Your service department just doesn't communicate (except for the cashier who is great). Seems like reps just don't care and don't understand how to deal with customers
