Regular Service at Dennis Hyundai of Easton
I dropped off my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid for an oil change and left it to attend meetings. I received a text concerning possible extra updates and sent my desires back an hour later than expected. When I arrived back, they had finished with those as well and I was on my way. The service department always tries to make my visits pleasant and efficient. Thanks Dennis

Friendly staff
I like the emails that come with the detailed explanation of work needed. Convenient to use the text message function to approve work-especially when I am in meetings at work myself, no need to step out to take a call. All of the staff were very friendly. Casey was very helpful and friendly. Only request- I forgot to have my oil change token punched, would be nice if they asked if I had one as a reminder.

Way Better Than Hyundai of Dublin
I gave the Dublin location at least four opportunities to service my car in a timely manner and/or not mess something up regarding needed maintenance and I was dissatisfied every time. I switched to Hyundai of Easton and they were very professional, courteous and on time! It is an extra 15 minute drive, but I will be going to this location from now on. I also wasn't pressured to give a 5 star review at this location, but at the Dublin location I felt pressured into giving a 5 star review.
