Peeling paint

I really like my Ford Escape, but then the paint started peeling. This is happening to the blue and white 2017 Ford Escapes. The vehicle is only 3.5 years old! The warranty is only for 3 years. Ford will not cover a manufacturing problem.

2017 Ford Escape

I would buy this car again. I like most everything about it. Road noise is a little loud. I especially like the keyless entry. It’s the perfect size. Handling is surprisingly good, I’m looking forward to driving it in the snow this winter. I’m anxious to see how 4wd works, haven’t tried that out yet. So far so good. Very good power at take off.

Ford Escape 2017

Love this vehicle!! My favorite next to my old Windstar!! Comfortable and efficient, I love all the the details also such as backup camera, warning lights on the side mirrors. Must adjust when turning as the vehicle is shorter and I have gone over curbs occasionally.

Just not very happy.

It seems as though Ford doesn't put the same dependability into their cars as they do their trucks. Seems as though had one small issue, got it fixed but now 3-4 issues later, this is a 2017 mind you. Will not buy another ford car. Truck , yes. Car, NO.

Escape 2017, 1.5 Eco motor

Sure like my Escape, a great SUV. Really like the 1.5 Eco boost motor, great on power and gas mileage. Seats are comfortable and like the adjustable feature. The headlights are very bright and shine where they should be.

Fabulous

I'm in love with this car! So many great features. I especially love the automatic hatch door, and the warning lights on the side view mirrors. I also really love the various seat adjustments. I have chronic back and tailbone pain and I hate sitting in a car, but these seats are pretty comfortable. I love the automatic temperature control settings, too. I don't have to turn on the A.C. or the heat! The kicker is the CD player! It's exactly what I wanted!

Fun to drive vehicle

Despite the issues I've had with my vehicle, I still enjoy owning it. I have approximately 42K on it and so far replaced the engine, rear differential unit, and all lug nuts (they were swollen). Ford should have provided information regarding these issues prior to my purchasing the vehicle. It guess its all about the sale and don't care what comes afterwards. I never abuse this SUV and have been disappointed in what I have had to endure.

2017 Ford escape SE all wheel drive

It has been a very reliable car with some minor problems that the dealer took care of.I am on the highway continuously and have done a hundred thousand miles on mine within 3 years and the car has been great.

Not up to my expectations.

Pros: gas mileage, and turbo Cons: seal leaks, Sync3(too much BS, not intuitive, wifi bandwidth hog), cruise control's location, tow package malfunction, battery longevity only 3yrs. I bought this vehicle new and many annoyances and not dependable functionality. I take this vehicle in for maintenance as scheduled and monitor all levels and system warnings. The tow package sensor has malfunctioned and after 4 trips to the dealer was never fixed.

Love you blue escape

I love my blue girl . I will only upgrade to the next escape I really love this truck my first Escape and I’m really enjoying it that 2020 Escape is sweet it mine next. It’s sexy and bigger but the new look is killing it great work designer you built it like a perfect woman.

Our Ford Escape is the best all around vehicle we have ever owned. We have been driving many types of cars, trucks, Rv's and motorcycles for over sixty years. The Ford Escape lives up to it's name for being quick in acceleration; which is a must, getting into today traffic from a dead stop.

DO NOTEVER GET ONE OF THE LAST VECHICLES TO COME OFF THE END OF SEASON TRUCK. AT ABOUT 500 MILES A NEW REAR END HAD TO BE INSTALLED. A LITTLE LATER I HAD TO HAVE 2 MORE INSTALLED . NOW THERE HAVE BEEN NO FURTHER PROBLEMS. ALSO I DO NOT LIKE THAT THE ENGINE TURNS OFF WHEN YOU STOP AND HAVE THE BRAKE PEDAL FULLY ENGAGED. ENINE RESTARTS AFTER TAKING FOOT OO BRAKE. THIS IS A TERRIBLE IDEA--WHAT IF THE ENGINES DOES NOT RESTART. YOU'RE STUCK.

Escape 2017 S

The car is comfortable to drive, seats are very comfortable. Good view from.drivers site. Two main issues: transition is designed very poorly and often the car doesn't know if to hear up or down resulting in delay of acceleration. Secondly, poor built quality, plastic pieces breaking, you can see gaps in interior cushions, plastic bolts hiding plastic undergo have to be tightened every 60-80 miles. Plastic clips in the interior get loose with time so the whole car is rattling.
