Vehicle Beyond My Expectations

This is Hyundai's lowest-priced car, but to me it drives more than adequately. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The XM radio has good quality to it, which is always a plus. It moves well in traffic and is very easy to park. What surprised me was the trunk space, as it is much larger than it appears from the outside. The only drawbacks would be the acceleration is a tad slow and the outside noise is higher than what I would like, but hey, it is the cheapest car they sell, so I get that.

My kinda car

I really love my Hyundai Accent. I look at many different cars and test drove a few before I landed on this vehicle. I wanted a car in a very specific monthly price point, that was comfortable for me as the driver as well as for any passengers I might have. I wanted a car that could hold almost anything I might need it too. I also wanted a car with great gas mileage because I have a decent commute to work. This was he right car for me. Of course there are a few extra things I wish for but they are easy to live without.

Accent on top

This model drives smoothly and safely. It is small enough to park easily and maneuver well in traffic. Tire roadside assistance makes the Accent a very good buy. The back seat is roomy enough for passengers to sit comfortably while allowing conversation between the driver and other front passenger without strain or a need to shout. Acoustics are good.

Decent Car

Car is reliable, not good in the snow which is a downfall and if you use the air conditions it struggles to get moving occasionally and the engine power reduces significantly. Its good for long trips since it has great gas mileage but I would not recommend this car if you have any adverse weather.

Good value

Great entry level car with good equipment ride is very comfortable. The only real con is that the top of the line sedan has less equipment than the hatch version, other than that the car is great. I especially love the gas millage on this car over my old one save me a great deal of money each month. With the new 2018 model they greatly improved on many aspects of the accent.

Love the little hatchback. Hate the tires. Front bumper frequently drags.

Perky, economic, comfortable, the Accent Hatch is a perfect car for me. Don't expect to put adults in the back seats though. I don't need back seats, so it doesn't matter Great interior flexibility. The original tires were noisy and leaky.

Decent little cheap car. for getting around town. Not bad on the highway. It serves its purpose very well

I use it mostly in town. ( We have another larger car for highway trips.) Easy to park and maneuver in traffic. Not expensive to maintain. Perfect as a second car or a car for anyone looking for a bargain. Great five-year warranty.

Nice car, but...

Nice car. But, if you buy a white one, the black on the door pillars will bleed onto the white doors. So, if you want the car to look nice, it will need washed after every significant rainfall. Also, look out for gas filler door to stick on occasion.

Love the car except the suspension - potholes and uneven roads makes the car and the passengers shake excessively. Would like to see better shocks and suspension. This would smooth out the problem very well.

The accent is a very nice second car for me. It may be small inside but it has a lot of comfort. My daughter likes it a whole lot. The gas mileage is not that good because she likes to drive very fast.

I really like the car but I felt it should have had more options such as heated mirrors remote trunk release back up camera.I also felt that their needed to be more places to store items in compartments.

Great car

I like my Accent. Although it is a smaller car it is comfortable. My only complaint is that it doesnt accelerate fast in traffic so you have to be careful when entering heavy traffic. Its stylish enough without being super high tech.

Accent

I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Accent. I also own a 2010 Accent. I bought both brand new and have no real regrets. It is a nice little car for the money. They look pretty small but actually have enough room for a large family of four. On the 2017 Accent, I purchased the more premium package with Bluetooth, power windows, etc. I had to replace the spark plug coils on the 2010 at approximately 61,000. Wouldn't you know it was just out of warranty. The dealership wanted $600 for the repair, I had it done at a local shop for $375. I have also had to replace both sway bar links in the 2010. I have also had the timing chain replaced at 70,000 miles as it is recommended at 60,000. I have been told if it broke during driving could do irrevocable damage to engine. I have 98,000 miles on it and still love it. Hyundai has the best warranty in the car business. It is a good sign that they want to stand behind their product. Both have enough get up and go needed. The mpg is between 32-37 on both of my Accents. I would buy another Hyundai.

Versatile

I absolutely love my 2017 Hyundai Accent. This vehicle is perfect for commuting for the student, long distance job, traveling, etc. For being a compact vehicle 4 people can fit comfortably. My chocolate Labrador enjoys the back seat as well. The fuel efficient is incredible and has low in expensive maintenance.

Nice car

For a smaller car this one is comfortable and the gas mileage is pretty good. Only thing I would change is to add a drink holder in the back and work on response time when accelerating. The body style is very versatile.
