Good car but!

We love the car, the only problem has been with the airbag warning light. It was fixed once under warranty and once under a recall. It reappears and goes away at various times. The dealer assures me the airbag is okay. It is not a pleasant feeling.

2006 Azera "Good and Bad"

Great road car. Beautiful Car, Great body style. Inside and outside finish very good. Very comfortable. Very roomy. Large trunk. Way to much road noise for a upscale car. The V-6 motor has a ton of power and tranny very smooth. However, Hyundai has a lot to learn about efficient gearing. At 70 MPH, I am turning 2100 or 2200 RPM's rather than 1800/1900 RPM's. Rather than mid twenties for highway milage, I could be in the high twenties to low thirties. In town, 15 MPG. Otherwise, very good transportation.

2006 hyundai azera

We have owned our Azera for 12 years and have been very satisfied with it. We've taken it on 5000 mile road trips and not only is it comfortable but it is reliable. I would give it 5 stars if it had better gas mileage. It did get over 27 mpg on this last long trip so I'm not complaining too much.

Up grade

Has been a good ride for 13 years. Handles nice. The road noise is quite loud. Head light covers need to last longer then do they are all forged up Better lighting system would be nice. But over the Hyundai azalea had been a good car.

reliable car, easy to maintain.

making the reviem a minimum of 200 character is ridiculous. The need to become gushing about a piece of equipment which should either work or it does not is asking to much . fourty to fifty characters is more than sufficient.

Azera is a sweet ride

The interior is really nice. Love the polished wood sections. Does have a little bit of a tight ride but that comes in handy if you let it go fast. Going fast is not much of a problem if you don't pay attention!

We have owned a number of vehicles throughout the last sixty-five years. Our Azera has given us the best ride, best handling and very reasonable maintenance cost. If we were in the market for a new car it would be a Hyundai.

Overall a great car

I previously have had both Mercedes and Cadillacs but never had as much enjoyment in driving a car as I have with my Azera. Even though it is almost 10 years old it is just as reliable and fun to drive as it was on the first day of ownership.

BOUGHT THE CAR NEW AND HAVE VERY FEW PROBLEMS WITH IT. DEALERSHIP TECHS WEE ABLE TO CORRRECT ANY PROBLEMS.

THE CAR HAS PERFORMED WITHOUT ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS MODEL PLUS HYUNDAI TO MANY FRIENDS. HOPE TO SEE THE SAME OUTSTANDING QUALITY IN THE YEARS TO COME.

Love my Azera!

My 2006 Hyundai is a wonderland car! It feels very luxurious and has maintained it's style nine years later. I would love to buy a new one but why? Looks good, drives well and doing a service every 3-4 thousand miles seems to be the key to keeping her. She's had a couple of problems but fixing them is better than a car payment. All in all, my Azera is a keeper!

This has been the most dependable car I have ever owned. It requires little extra maintenance beyond regular routine things. It rides beautifully. And it is comfortable in town or on road trips. Great car!

Would not trade my Azera for anything

I love my 2006 Azera. It has been incredibly reliable. When the family decided we needed an extra car we bought one for the kids, because I would not pass down my Azera to them. Then we bought a Santa Fe Sport for my wife, instead of passing down my Azera. I just won't give it up. It replaced a used BMW 740IL. The little bit I gave up in ride I more than made up for in reliability. I never regretted my decision to give up the BMW.
