Azera 87,000k

I like the car, but it does have some little quirks I don't like. Other than that, its fine! Seems like it can't make up its mind to downshift, or something while trying to hold a steady speed during interstate driving. doesn't matter if cruise is on or not. And, the black exhaust residue becomes horrible if not washed by hand every 3rd wash.

Great Vehicle

I love my Azera. Very smooth ride and pretty good mileage; extremely quiet, which is why I purchased in the first place (limited road noise). Only thing I wish was a little better was my view. I'm pretty short and sometimes difficult to see out window at certain angles.

My Azera is not.

The visibility when trying to make a left turn is very dangerous. The center pillar almost makes it impossible to make that left turn into traffic. The navigation controls are on the screen, that should be placed on the console. The so called legal warning on the Nav screen that I have to constantly push AGREE before I'm able to use is completely annoying. I would prefer when I turn off the engine that the following occurred. Steering wheel lifted, driver seat went to the farthest position, and lastly the seat went completely down to the lowest position. I find I have to lower the seat manually to disembark from my Azera in order to avoid hitting my head. Other than those suggestion, I love the car.

2013 Azera

We came out of an SUV when we leased this sedan. First sedan in many years. It looks great, is extremely well-finished on the inside, and loaded with features considering this price point. Now the nits. The electric power steering has a learning curve. The V-6 while quiet at speed, has a noisy idle-almost diesel like. The biggest nit, the ride. Opting for the tech package puts you into 19" low profile tires. The look is great--the ride is not. For an entry level luxo car the Hyundai engineers can do better. Also, why is the car never advertised? No one has ever seen or heard of one. Hyundai is missing the boat. A few tweaks and you've got the Lexus E350 beat.

2013 Azera

I was going to purchase another Avalon and then discovered the Azera. For the price, the vehicle has many more options and was well-equipped. Being a long time Toyota customer, I took a chance. Overall the vehicle has performed very well and has held up nicely (22K mikes so far). The engine began making a diesel-sounding noise on start up that lasted bout 5 seconds...then went away. The dealer could not find the source of the problem and replaced the engine. So far...so good, but my confidence has been shaken a bit. Out side of this, no issues. The car rides quiet and is very comfortable.

Difficult for handicapped person to use

I am finding the car difficult to use because it is too sporty and I find it very difficult to get in and out after total hip replacement. I loved my last Azera and would buy another like it.

Azera virtues and vices

The Azera is a very good car with loads of features normally seen in a much more expensive car. I get super great mileage and good acceleration as well as very good handling and feel of the road. After 3 years, i've had no repairs on the car except needing a wheel alignment after many months of NYC streets. The detractions are a very very tight suspension which deals with more significant bumps very badly. The noise and the interior after these bumps register themt with gusto. The interior noise is sometimes also strong.

Azera......99% PERFECT!

So far the most reliable car I've ever owned. Very impressed with the room, I'm 6'-9" tall, and find the Azera the most comfortable vehicle to drive. Very impressed with the interior/exterior styling, amenities and the dash controls are thoughtfully designed and not overdone.

2013 Azera

This is a great riding car that we have taken on several road trips. One trip was almost 6,000 miles and the car ran great. With decent gas mileage averaging 34 MPG. The only complaint I would have about this car - especially here in Colorado - is that it does not do well in snow. Skids, bad traction, bad stopping.

Excellent car

I have a 2013 Azera, bought it brand new, it's white, it's a pretty car, love the inside leather interior very nice, it still looks nice after 3 years. I haven't had a problem at all. I had 2 Acura cars before this one, the Acura cars had nothing but problems. I couldn't believe I was signing for a Hyundai and trading the Acura . I have 60,000!on the Azera and still running great.

Affordable luxury

It's not a Genesis, but certainly an affordable, stylish alternative. After much research and test drives of similar models offered by competitors (Fusion, Optima, Camry, M3) The Azera has more power, smooth ride and more options for a better price. It has a unique body style that gets compliments and decent fuel economy for its class. No-Brainer for this happy Azera owner.
