Good

I bought it with 109,000 miles son I didn’t expect a perfect car. So far so good but it has a sound on the steering wheel that I’m worried about, plus when I hit the brakes the car shakes. For the most parts I’m satisfied but I hope Hyundai help me get the car to where I feel more safe.

Almost perfect vehicle

The Azera is a wonderful vehicle; drives great, gets good gas mileage and very little road noise (which is why I purchased to begin with). Only negative comment I have is that the trunk is huge but doesn’t fit much unit due to the slant of the back window. I wish I could fit my bike in the trunk.

overall a good vehicle, few issues steering is abrupt, the dash is very susceptible to a lot of reflection from windshield makes viewing the dials and GPS screen almost impossible front driver leg room is not the greatest knee rests against center console , could be a bit wider area

I love my azera. I look forward to purchasing another car and hope it will be as nice as my current car. The features are good. I like the stereo system and the panoramic roof. Pretty good mileage for the way I drive.

Purchased our 2013 Azera in 2016. It is comfortable & reliable. I like its overall look. My major complaint is it is slightly under powered and the stated MPG is overly optimistic.A second minor complaint is the drivers seat automatically moves forward with drivers door closing and rearward with every drivers door opening.

I love my Azera and thinking of trading my other vehicles for Hyundai products

Nice and comfortable riding product. Seems easy to maintain.Easy to maneuver and hold good on the road.it is well equipped with comfortable amenities and plush seats. I’m thinking of trading other cars in my household to Hyundai products.

Wish I had remembered to ask someone to hook my mobile phone to the blue tooth the day I was in there. Also, wish i remembered to ask how to do the GPS...I keep forgetting to do this. Do I need an appointment to have Adam show/do this with me? Let me know. If I dont need an appt., what's the best time of day to get this done. Thanks.

Today I am driving my Area. The car rides smooth, easy and fast The only complaint is the blind spots My next car will be a SUV with all of the Azera's loaded features The low tires also created a few parking problems

Overall, my 2013 Azera has been an extremely good value. Mechanically, I have had little to no problems. The ride and handling are exceptional and I average 31.5 mpg on the highway. The only negative comment I have is the navigation system. The display has been replaced twice and the calculated route(s) are at best mediocre. I generally bring my Garmin when I am taking a trip to someplace new. But, this is no big deal.

My wife and I really like our great looking 2013 Hyundai Azera. It is roomy, smooth and fairly quick for a large sedan. We have the TECH model and enjoy many of the available features. However, I have several issues: 1. The info/GPS/Entertainment system is a bit of a mess. GPS is totally incapable of recalculating and has a tendency to throw you completely off track. My iPhone interface drops my link for no apparent reason. And radio reception is very weak. My Azera simply does not receive stations that I easily get in my 2004 Lexus RX 330. 2. We've had numerous issues with the electrical in the car ranging from push button start issues, to dash board warning/info lights intermittently not functioning properly. 3. It is ridiculous to have to pay $200 per year to get certain functions that other auto makers offer for free - like remote start. Through all of the mechanical problems my dealership has stood by me and my Hyundai warranty has proven golden. However, I will not replace my Azera with another Hyundai unless I know for certain that some of the issues with info/GPS/Entertainment console have been eliminated in the newer models.

AZERA slight upgrade from Senata

I bought my Azera in 2014 as a low, 8,000, milage certified used vehicle. I test drove the slightly used Azera and a brand new Senata and hands down the road noise, and drive felt smoother in the Azera. It has bee a reliable vehicle thus far. The only issues is the coupler in the steering column had to be replaced at 40,000 miles, however for all the Sonata's and Elantra's from 2009 to 2018 they placed a recall on the exact part. It is a common problem with all three vehicles. The service department has been absolutely amazing at Automax on fixing the issue and has made buying a car there worth every penny. The Azera is not sold in the U.S anymore, since 2015, but will be again in 2020. It is a higher end Sonata and slightly more expensive, but the over all ride and technology on the Azera is a step up, so you get what you pay for.

Steering Coupler Should Be Covered Under Recall

Let me say first and foremost, I AM NOT A COMPLAINER & I LOVE the Azera I have, but I feel it is in EXTREME POOR TASTE for Hyundai to cover all of their other models under the steering coupler recall but not the Azera. It is a flat out safety issue and they know this which is the reason for the recall but to make Azera drivers pay for their poor part quality is not fair and it sends out a message to Azera drivers that unless you can pay Hyundai is unconcerned about your safety. It’s the same part for all models, so why not cover the Azera? Again it sends out a very negative feel about Hyundai. I had to pay $330.00 at my dealership to have the defective Steering Coupler replaced which I was told, the part only costs about $1.25. To have to pay $330.00 for a part that costs $1.25 is insulting and Hyundai should be paying me and a lot of other drivers who’s paid out their pocket back. They should have stood behind the recall for ALL their models. I like Hyundai cars but I may not buy another one because of this, if Hyundai is not concerned about the safety of its Azera drivers why should we buy their cars.

I absolutely love the product of automobile. This Vehicle is great on gas,luxury, and room. I have had high end cars and this can run with them all. It will be missed NOW G-70 HERE I COME!! GREAT JOB

Not good AC.

The air conditioning takes abut 20 min. to get comfortable inside , took it to the dealer and they told me is the way it is without checking the vehicle, the say the best way is to roll your windows down. NICE!!

Wind Noise

Love the car except for the constant wind noise on the driver's side window at speeds above 60 mph. Dealer has attempted to resolve at least three times, each time unsuccessful.

Great Ride

I Love my Azera. The ride is great. Just wish I could keep the front end Aligned. I have never owned a vehicle with an alignment problem like I have had with this one. Had to buy new tires at 10,000 miles and have had it aligned 7 times and it only has 23,000 miles and they say they can't find a problem with the front end...really! I would recommend this vehicle because I don't think it is a problem on all Azeras...JUST MINE! I would give it straight 10's if they would fix the front end problem.

Good car bad handling

I am very pleased with the quality of my 2013 Azera but it is difficult to keep on the road. I have to fight it constantly to keep it between the lines. Bad steering and handling is something Hyundai is well aware as well as other drivers of the Azera model. I wish Red McCombs would make me a deal to get out of this car but no offers yet.
