2008 Hyundai Santa Fe

I would say, a good SUV, had alot of recalls done, New windshield, and bad on Gas, there are some things on this car that I just missed on, that the next new vehicles have better gas mileage etc. One thing I do not like is my headlights have gotten bad and look cheap. Gas gage went bad under 40,000 miles NOT GOOD!! My care is my SUV mostly sits out and the back spoiler on top is ugly now, I love the Santa Fe's but the paint on some areas not the best, and I would consider another Hyundai, No bigger but maybe another model. and the front grill black paint has worn and looks not so nice. Paint is still ok, but if I get another car it has to be top quality with safety, gas mileage has to be better, paint and outside much better. Sometimes when I want the CD changer to work good, it has trouble changing and this is an infinity system.

Sante Fe

First time buyer, 2008 Sante Fe. Pleased so far, like the styling and features. Have 3rd row seating but gave up some of the head space in the front seat. Love it otherwise. Have to try a newer one to see if the problems been solved.

2008 Santa Fe w/ 30k miles

Love my car, and from recent communication from Hyundai it is worth a whole lot more to me than you would ever pay as a trade-in. Interesting I cannot comment unless all 200 characters are used, bazaar.

Obsolete in features but a pleasure to drive

I purchased the Santa Fe used, with only 47K miles on it in 2016. It replaced a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. After a period of adjustment, I found it responsive on the road and reliable. The cabin is noisy at sustained highway speeds but the seats are comfortable except for an inability to retract the driver's seat to provide more legroom, and I have short legs. Limitations aside, I have found that it suits my needs satisfactorily and I find its stability of adjustment very pleasing.

Hyundai Santa Fe

I've always been an American made motors kind of guy, but this Santa Fe has been a very good vehicle. A149,000 miles and still going strong. It's had it issues but not much more than your standard maintenance. I recommend it to friends.

Great in an accident

Before my accident I would have given the Santa Fe a poor review. Seems like things break on it constantly and the parts are expensive to repair. That said, had an accident in it a few weeks back. It was not a major accident however when I compared the Santa Fe's damage from the oncoming Subaru Foster, the Santa Fe held up great! Kept me safe with minimal damage to the front end. The other car's front end was a mess! The driver was safe though so that's a plus for Subaru too.

2008 Santa Fe

Car has withstood the many I95 travels North (Lansdale PA) without any problems on the road. The one point I'll make about the 2008 and model years going forward is that the instrument panel/warning should alert to pending problems with the alternator. With today's usage of IC and/or electronics, the weak link is a failing alternator. Once the battery is without charge the car seizes up, making for a dangerous driving situation! I have first hand experience which I wouldn't wish on any driver.

Spacious and comfortable

This vehicle is pretty comfortable during driving. The only problem is this vehicle is V6 and it needs a lot of gas plus the spending is too high. By the way for the price of this car is a good fit for people who loves driving with comfort.

2008 and running strong!

Our SUV is running good sure we have a few minor issues that were easily(or should of been) solved. We don't put a lot of miles on our cars so Im sure that's helpful. It has been a comfortable ride for many of our road trips! and plenty of storage space for these trips for the 2 of us. The backseat is big enough to haul the grandkids around

Good vehicle over all.

Vehicle is good over all, six cylinder engine performs well. Extended warranty came in handy. Ride and comfort is good (short distance and extended trips). Average for noise. Maneuvers well in traffic.

Love This Vehicle

I find the Santa Fe to everything I needed. I'm a grandma and love being able to have ease of access for car seats, booster seats, et al. Daughter was driving this, hit a deer in upstate NY, had 18 mos w-her ... damage sustained to the vehicle, but she and baby were safe - so grateful. I find great external and internal visibility. Love the split second seat ... transports everything. I have a splash mat in the rear which is fantastic during rainy or sloppy weather. I know the day will eventually come that I may have to purchase another vehicle - hate the thought of that. But, I do know I'd get ahold of Richard Finch at Green Hyundai. No hesitation.

Always a 10, love this car.

I love my 2008 Santa Fe Limited with leather interior. Has not needed much more than regular maintenance. It has been driven 57,000 miles, is a smooth ride and I can't see trading it for any car other than a Santa Fe.

Now have 70,000 miles on this vehicle and have only had one problem - minor, and was covered by warranty. This vehicle is good value - for the money it is comfortable and performs well.

My 2008 is a Great Car

I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe with low mileage, There were a few things wrong, Took it in on Thursday for the Fog Lights Not Working, Head Lights looked Fog over and Repair Leather Seat In Back. The Work was done on time at No Charge to me, I was so Thankful. This Dealership Was Great. Very Professional. Team in Place where all so pleasant, I would Recommend to any body that asks me.. Will Be Telling My Friends How Great The People Are In Your Dealership..

Happy Hyundai Owner

I was very concerned when I purchased my Hyundai, as I had little to no experience with foreign automobiles. After I had driven this vehicle for a week I was a very happy owner. It had so many more advancements compared to the GMC Jimmy that I had traded in for it, and best of all no complaints. If I every feel the need to get another vehicle, it will definitely be another Hyundai. Having worked for dealers in the past, I know that the vehicle is only as good as the service that the dealer provides....the Jim Click Dealership is the best one I have ever had dealing with.
