2011 Hyundai Santa Fe

This vehicle is LOUD. If you want a quiet ride, look elsewhere. That said, it is comfortable for long road trips, and for an SUV the gas mileage isn't as terrible as it could be. Be warned, though, that these cars have front-end suspension glitches. A vehicle well under 100,000 miles should not have to have ball joints, sway bars, and other front end suspension components replaced all in rapid succession -- especially since the vehicle is only ever driven on paved roads. You get what you pay for with Hyundai. You're certainly not paying for suspension durability, at least not with the Santa Fe.

Love the car. Handles well, tows my boat. Great for family vacations. Great for the rain and snow. Drive north to New Jersey frequently.. Great mileage and comfortable ride.

Good all around SUV

The 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe is a good choice for an all-around SUV. With AWD it is a competent and comfortable vehicle. In foul weather the AWD is impressive.

Good reliable car

The SUV is one of the roomiest ones I have seen and very comfortable. Some small things are going wrong but nothing that's not under warranty. I replaced the tires on the car and you really need to make sure you have the right tires because it makes riding noisy & that was aggravating. All & all I like the car and I have about 93,000 miles and its paid for. I would like to buy a new one but the car still runs good and has a good performance so I am keeping it for a little while longer but will be looking soon.

Hyundai Santa Fe for a Santa Fean

The truth is....I love this car. I have the base model, with the 4 cylinder engine, but it does the job and is quite capable. It also has high clearance for a small SUV, and you need that around NM. The car is comfortable and easy to navigate. Controls are all ergonomically easy and simple. The stereo, which I blast, is amazing. Kudos to Hyundai.

When it comes to luxury, low maintainace cost , long warranty services, SUV style, comfort and 24/7 On call support, I don't think that any other car model can compare with SantaFe on all these parameters together.
