Excellent Suv

Every now and then Electronic equipment failure. Not solid electronic integration system.. Sometimes unknowingly windows will open itself. Cruse control system sometimes work and often does not hold cruse when push button . Every now and then some disturburance in electronic system. This started to happen when paid upgrade electronic main computer hook up new electron error reader .

warranty outstanding

I trust the car, the service dept, the service manager, Sanford Barbee, and the mechanics. I cannot think of a time I left the service department unhappy. I felt very happy and secure with the car, especially with the vehicle warranty. I have no plans to buy another car, model unless finances dictate no other option.

Love it.

I drove a Volvo for 30 years and was not sure if I'd like the Santa Fe but I really do! Heated seats, comfortable for trips, enough room in tailgate. I do wish they had better gas mileage, wish I had backup, navigation and auto tail gate,

My 2nd Santa Fe

I had a 2005 Santa Fe for 8 years before it was totaled in an accident. We shopped for a larger SUV with 3rd row seating, however they were mostly all out of our budgeted amount. After shopping for 2 weeks we saw a 2012 Santa Fe within our price range, with nicer options than my first one. It was not my first choice vehicle because of the size, but we were satisfied with the first one so decided to buy the 2nd one. I have been driving this one for over 2 years and, again, have had no problems. They are very reliable vehicles.

Oliver Love my Hundai

Excellent gas mileage! Very reliable vehicle! Not crazy about the seat belts. They won't return when I unhook to get out of car, and get caught in the door. Have had mine for 5 years, very pleased with it.

MY SANTA FE' IS TRULY AWESOME!! IT WAS A CHARM WHEN I DROVE TO ARKANSAS WITH MY NIECE IN END OF SEPTEMBER BEGINNING OF OCTOBER 2016!! SHE WAS SPOT ON WHEN WE ALMOST GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT WITH AN IDIOT THAT CHOSE TO DRIVE HIS CAR IN THE WRONG DIRECTION AND BARELY MISSED US!!

IT HANDLES WELL IN ANY SITUATION!! IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO ANY GIVEN CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE NOT RIGHT AND CAUSED BY OTHER INATTENTIVE DRIVERS. I JUST LOVE HER !! SHE IS BRIGHT RED AND HER NAME IS ""REBA"" AFTER THE COUNTRY SINGER !!

Great vehicle

This is my third Hyundai. My first two were Accents. First accent I had was a 98 accent and unfortunately was a lemon. The second accent was a 2002 Accent and I just sold it to a friend of mine. Great car. Has OVER 195,000 and STILL has the original clutch!!! Now I have a 2012 Santa Fe and it has passed everything that I look for in a car and I absolutely love the Santa Fe!! Words can’t begin to explain how I feel about owning one!

Nice vehicle at a reasonable price

The Santa Fe is a nice vehicle with, while not all the bells and whistles, most of the things I look for in an SUV. The price point on it is very good making it a very good buy for the money. It has been very reliable needing only routine maintenance.

I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe used and I love it!! It had only 22,000 miles on it and in great shape. It rides very nice and very dependable. I also like the storage in back for hauling cargo. Thanks for a great vehicle!!

Good SUV

Just the right size for me. Decent ride. A little noisy. Good gas mileage. Lots of room all around. Plenty of storage space beneath the back floor. Can haul 8 foot 2x4s resting on the center console. Can haul 6 foot items with seats folded down. Good utility vehicle

Love it

Great small SUV. V6 with all wheel drive is necessary for my family and thus car has it for less than most in its class. Only con is there is not enough leg room in the back seat. My 4 year old is already kick my elbow from the middle position because his legs won't fit with all the other tall people in the front seats because they have to be pushed back to their max position to drive properly. Make the back seat larger and I'm in for life!

Awesome SUV

I love my car. I love the drive, especially all the features that it offers. Heated seats, remote start, navigation, back up camera, moon roof, all wheel drive. I got a great deal on it and it also had great mileage for the year of the car.

Hyundai Santa Fe is my pick.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe and in 2012 I went for the Limited. I’ve been so happy with this vehicle. It’s great on long trips, comfortable as a driver or passenger, and so responsive on the road. I’m an empty nester but the size of the vehicle is still perfect. It’s the car of choice for shopping trips or mini excursions and still looks and performs like new. I’m always proud of my ownership and trust that my next Santa Fe will not disappoint.

2012 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited FWD

We bought our Santa Fe in October, 2012 after the 2013 had been released. We did not especially like the "egg" shape of the 2013 so went looking for an end-of-model-year 2012 with the "two-box" shape. It was difficult to find, especially in Sierra Metallic Red, but we succeeded. We just love this car, whether for short commutes around town or long-distance driving. It is quiet and comfortable, not at all fatiguing. I have to say that if you are looking for a reliable, mid-sized SUV you could not find a better value than a Hyundai Santa Fe (years 2009 to 2012).

I like having a SUV and this one fits me

I really like my Santa Fe and having a SUV. Most of my issues have been covered by the 100,000 mile warranty except for the starter I needed to replace. I hope my vehicle continues to be good to me for a long time.

Excellent vehicle

The vehicle has served us very well. We have driven it for approximately 50,000 miles and it has been very reliable as we have not had any mechanical issues. It has been efficient as we average around 23, 24 miles per gallon around town. It has also ben durable, comfortable, safe, and driving it is a pleasure.

2012 Santa Fe. Give it 4 out of 5

Bought this car to replace a pick up.. It's been a good workhorse for both travelling and hauling stuff, amazing how much we can get in it. Put on quite a few miles the first few years, have eased up in recent years as we have another SUV for our long haul work. Factory warranty was reliable although very few issues. Worst experience was a poor mechanic on one occasion left oil filter lose. One other problem that we cant isolate is the occasional squeak from the steering column. Dealer has spent many hours trying to find it. Once after a power steering service squeak went away for over a year. Returned recently. I have owned a lot of vehicles and rate this one very highly especially as value for money.
