Cup holders

The arm in one of the cup holders broke off in the second row of seats. $400 for the repair because the entire arm rest had to be replaced. Ridiculous.

Not as great as the first one we had.

Smaller tape deck, interior paint is not lasting quality of interior is just not there as in the original sport we had.

my car experience

I really like my car. It is comfortable on long trips which has been since I have owned. It is good for great seating to get in and out of it with my elderly parents and daughter that is disabled. I love the heated seats. I also have lots of room when shopping. There is a blind spot so you do have to watch when on freeways and changing lanes. But once you get used to it it is no big deal. My husband is a big guy and he has lots of room. Always has lot of power especially when you need it.

Like most of the vehicle

There is one thing I don't like about this 2013 Santa Fe. The passenger seat is tooooo low! The drivers seat is adjustable up and down,but the passenger seat is not. The 2011 Santa Fe we had was much nicer seating. I ,the passenger mainly, sat up high enough to see better. I read if you pay more and order it, you can have an adjustable passenger seat too. That's not going to happen! I'm adaptable,so I will get used to it. Other than that, I love the Santa Fe!

Santa Fe Limited

I love all extra features of this vehicle. The extra 3rd row of seating is awesome. My only complaint is that so many small things malfunctioned and wore out while the vehicle was relatively new. To their credit, Hyundai service repaired or replaced everything.

Hyundai needs to look into what is causing the wheel alignment going out often and it occurs when using the auto-steering wheel handling program.

My 2013 Santa Fe Sport is great until the alignment goes bad. I have 23,250 on it and I have had 7 wheel alignments. I have learned from another car service center that they have had numerous other Hyundai owners come in with the same problem. The technician told me that it is due to the Auto steering adjustment program. He said that for some reason this program causes the wheel alignment to go out. Maybe Hyundai Designers or Technicians can look into what or why this is happening. Wheel alignments are not cheap!!! The door seals do not block out road noise or wind and the leather seats are poorly designed and are not very comfortable on long trips.

2013 SFS 2.0T

Seems to be a solid vehicle. Alittle quirky with the electrical componets, such as the radio and auto light setting. Auto lights setting don't seem that responsive. Also said it has daytime running lights when it does not.

2013 Santa Fe,40,000

Been a reasonable car for 40,000. No service issues. Great gas mileage.3.3l running 19-21 in town 24 -27 on road. Only complaint is ride quality. after about 15k on bad roads it is horrible. Illinois roads are horrible, but seems worse than other brand SUVs.
