once concern

Traction Control too sensitive and dealership tells me there is no issue but every time I turn and if there is a small bump in the road the traction control takes over causing me vehicle to pause! Big concern since most roads in Colorado are bad so always on during my turns. I have almost gotten hit several times since the speed drops.

Above average SUV

Santa Fe has been a hassle free vehicle. I really love the space and the safety features - 360 degree rear view and blind spot alert. The only issue I have had with the vehicle is that in the second year the tire pressures started to go down during winter and this happened a couple of times. However, I am told, that this is common in winters.

Great vehicle

A good overall vehicle. Great Interior and exterior styling. But the braking is not that responsive. I have to keep my distance even at low or medium speeds. Also, there's only one USB port. But my experience overall is very comfortable.

Good

Good compare with other similar vehicles. Beeping while taking back up and change lines. But few things I didn’t like is when enter into highway and joining in the line it won’t beep if another vehicle is on the line and in blind spots. Another bad part is if I put in sports mode and after turn on car it defaults going to no mode like Eco or sports mode

All I expected it to be. Comfort and ride could be better. Seatbelt female connection is a disaster, very difficult to connect with. Ability to easily install step under entryway doors would be an advantage.

My Blue Santa Fe

A lot of value for the money lots bells and whistles,and all the features are easy to use . My othe car is a Mercedes Benz 300 GLC and the Santa Fe is way more user friendly. Great ride and pretty good gas mileage. Very comfortable on long trips.

Mixed feeling about this hyundai

Compared to rav4 I didn't like the performance...but it has got lot of technology, lot of space. And also looks lot more bigger car. Dealership experience is good. And there is lot of scope for negotiation. So there hand full of positive things.

Probably the best value for a 7 passenger SUV on the market.

We we're sold once we took this baby for a test drive! Ride quality can't be beat! Nice acceleration in sport mode, little sluggish in economy mode. Wish we could've done better on the gas mileage. Probably looking to purchasing another in the near future.

Santa Fe my only car since 2001

I bought the second Santa Fe off the truck on 2001. I put 193,000 on it, then traded it for a 2007 Santa Fe and put 211,000 on it. In 2015 I traded the 2007 for a 2015. I was going to put 300,000 on it but I let them talk me into a 2017 when I was having my 60,000 check up. I am now driving a 2017 Santa Fe sport and love it like all of them. I plan on putting 300,000 on it.

Overall I like this car sofar. Only thing I noticed is the side mirror blockes lot of space on the front side for driver. Back row seat height is little small for adults. car handling and driving is easy and the pickup is good

All the luxury without the big cost

After owning a large SUV since 2006 and becoming use to the comfort and luxury of driving one, I decided to try several vehicles out to compare to one I owned. After driving numerous other SUV s that were not the same make and model as the one i owned, I found The Hyundai Santa Fe, to be the one I would choose. While the Santa Fe didn't have luxury as my older SUV, it was close enough for my wife and I to choose it, over all the other ones we test drove, due to the extra 100,000 and 10 year warranty. The fuel average was also a factor, because it beat my older SUV by almost 3 to 1 in miles per gallon. The Santa Fe is also large enough to accommodate all my passengers and luggage with no problem. The ride is comfortable and the drivers view is excellent for my wife, who is a short person. Over all, so far i would rate it a good 8 out of 10 over all.

Santa Fe Review

Car definitely needs additional horsepower. Fuel economy is not quite what I expected. Interior color choices are limited with certain color choices. The sound system is not as rich as expected with the upgraded package. With incentives applied and the dealer discount I got a fantastic deal. The styling of the vehicle is awesome both inside and out. Plenty of room in the interior. Vehicle has been very reliable.

Comfort, Safety and Peace of Mind

Our Santa Fe Limited Edition has been a dream to drive. Besides the only color available at the time being black we are thrilled. The comfort has been fantastic. As a passenger I am able to adjust my seats, temperature and even seat temperature to my liking. I have been very happy and my husband as the primary driver is thrilled. Our day trips have resumed since our purchase because we feel confident we will make it back home without fail. The carrying capacity is remarkable. I stopped accepting challenges when the question is asked "do you think it will fit". Too many times I have been proven wrong. This makes larger purchases easy. The warning system lets us know when items are there that may not be in clear view and prevent any nasty mishaps. Yes, this vehicle was worth ever penny and we are both very pleased.

Overall a pretty darn good car

I think the turbo feature on my 2013 was much better than no turbo on my 2017 This is the third SantaFe I've purchased from Arapahoe Hyundaiand the very professional service staff very much played a role in those purchases

More power needed in take off

Car needs a bigger motor with more power.and l don't like the remote start this car has to pay for it.I will not buy a car that you have to pay. Too start your car.Is a very bad thing to pay to start a car.

Our Santa Fe drives well. Is very comfortable on long trips. Gas mileage is very acceptable for this size vehicle. Feels very stable on during bad weather.Blindspot monitoring and emergency auto wrecking very helpful Driving in heavy traffic.

Almost perfect

This is the second Santa Fe that I have bought. This one has started to have a roaring noise when moving. Not sure what the problem is. I will discuss it at my next oil change appointment. I hope there is something they can do because it is driving me crazy.

My Last Hyundai

I hate to say this is my last Hyundai as I have owned 16 Hyundais! I will may go to Subaru for only two MAJOR problems Hyundai has: The leather seat material is way toooo stiff for a comfortable ride and the tire ratio is so low for a comfortable!!!!!!!!

Great warrantee, very nice suv for the price, lots of xxxxtras

test drove many brands, for the money best one to buy, worth the extra to buy the ultimate, best warrantee of all brands, definitely the extended warrantee should buy for the time they give you, 10 years bumper to bumper, no question..
