I love the vehicle. It is a pleasure to drive, it is very responsive and the assistance we received when I have a problem is excellent.

As an example, I recently visited the dealership to talk to my salesman " Martin" about the digital display in the vehicle. Neither my wide or I could figure how to operate the information system in the car. He not only solved the problem, but talked us through the entire system so that we could operate the various applications associated with the GPS, XM radio, etc., something that previous dealerships didn't have time to do. I am so fortunate that we went to Fitzgerald to make our purchase.

Comfort and Style

Overall I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Living in a city that can dump tons of snow in one day has made me purchase this all wheel drive vehicle. This is the first year having this vehicle and must say it handles the snow very well. The appearance of the vehicle is amazing, gives a classy look to driving life. It's exceptional in space for travel or shopping! Great for small families for sure, beats a mini van!

Extra Room is a Plus

I love the way this SUV rides and it is very spacious. My kids have room for their friends and I can still fit my daughters car seat and stroller inside. The gas mileage is great and I really enjoy not having to pay for navigation since my phone can connect to CarPlay. The only problem is the arm rest for the Drive is kind of low so it feels a little awkward when I try to rest my arm. I usually just put my purse there as a prop.

Good selection

Compared the Santa Fe to a Toyota Highlander and Honda Pilot and the Santa Fe was the best choice, hands down. The incentives were there for the Santa Fe, but not the others. The ride is quiet, acceleration is great and lots of room.
