Great car for cost. Reliable and good gas mileage. Great customer service at Hyundai. Have had no issues with it in 2 years. Great trunk space. Wish cup holders were bigger and had seat warmer option.

I am overall satisfied with my car but very dissatisfied with the way we were treated at financing, it took 6 months to get the title of the car after we paid it off. every time I bring in the car I feel like they pretend to care but when you walk away they don't,

Not as Expected

Not a vehicle I would consider user friendly. Hyundai has always been way ahead of the competition in regards to warranty, value, but this model is not user-friendly. Features are plentiful but require too much research to comprehend and use to the operator's advantage

If you're looking at a Toyota Highlander, you should also consider this

Basically the same specs as the Highlander but with a much lower price point. In addition the Sante Fe has Android Auto and Apple Carplay. If you're looking for a solid 5 passenger vehicle with the ability to carry 7 occasionally definitely look here. If you need a 7 passenger car constantly consider the Palisade. The rear most seats are comfortable, it's just a bit inconvenient to use them. The Palisade makes that much more convenient.

Hyundai Santa Fe review

The interior cloth could be better quality. Both seats need to be to adjust to fit all heights. The plastic above the wheel wells should match the paint color as well. This survey is way too long and exhausting. There should be a monetary reimbursement just for spending 30 minutes to fill it out.

Enjoy the vehicle except for lack of heated mirrors Also response from service Dept could be better. I also purchased touch up paint from parts department and they never called me when it came in.

My Santa Fe

My first Santa Fe was a 2007 and we traded it for a 2018 after looking and testing several other vehicles over several months. The only reason I wanted a new car was: “I want a back-up camera “. Otherwise, I would have still kept the 2007 as it only had about 56k miles on it and it looked brand new. I am hopeful to have the 2018 for a few more years....unless, I need/want a front camera.

Sport ultimate

I like it. Looks great, gas mileage is good, great exceleration, but needs to be AWD. With only 2 wheel drive traction is not good on dry pavement and bad when pavement is wet! AWD will improve traction problem.

Defogger

Works for me

Decent power and plenty of room in back for groceries. Power front seats that also offer heating and cooling. I love the heated steering wheel when it's freezing outside. Large sunroof is perfect for mild weather.

Very nice vehicle.

We like most everything about this vehicle. Exterior and interior styling is great. We get a lot of snow and icy roads and the AWD handles it all very well. Relatively comfortable, but we have not yet used it on any trips over 100 miles. Gas mileage is fair. Some road noise, but not bad. Handles rough roads terribly, but is smooth on other roads. Shifts well without issues. We have the Sport Ultimate and the stereo is great. Lots of cargo space for what we need. Car is used mostly as an errand vehicle. Did have some issues with the smart cruise, emergency braking malfunctioning, but it was corrected. Still frustrating though. Stereo and Nav, especially voice commands, are very slow to respond.

Enjoy the Hyundai Santa Fe Experience

Prior to having a Hyundai vehicle I was a BMW SUV owner. My experience with the Santa Fe has been very positive & I have found it to be as comfortable a ride as the more expensive vehicle. I am a older retired driver & have found that the Santa Fe meets my needs & budget.

poor fuel mileage

great vehicle except for low fuel mileage, It has all the features a Genesis has. A nice vehicle for traveling with family. It's very comfortable on road trips. I think if it had a six cylinder the power and fuel mileage would be fine.

I like this vehicle because it allows me the roominess of a truck but the luxury of a car. There are are a few things that i don't like such as the side mirrors tilting down when it is in reverse. I have the copper color and i love it

Perfect except for excessive road noise. I really like the vehicle. It is comfortable and I like all the features. Heated seats & steering wheel is the best. Opening back hatch without hands comes in handy many times.

2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0 AWD, Ultimate, for the money has been a very dependable vehicle, I have had no issues with it, and the features that came with it you can't find on vehicles costing twice as much!

Great vehicle great price with lots of features.

This Sunday Santa Fe 2.0 turbo sport Ultimate AWD is an excellent little car it’s very comfortable fantastically styled really quiet driving on the freeway and laid out perfectly plenty of storage inside of it you can’t go wrong. Having the vehicle for over a year now I’m very pleased with it. The only complaint that I have is that the transmission does hesitate when you accelerate hard from a standstill or low speed roll. I’ve had it to the dealer several times now and still there is no fix to the situation. You might want to go online and look to see if this is something that you can deal with if you were to buy this vehicle. Otherwise it’s an outstanding value it’s a very comfortable vehicle especially for a small family it has served me really well I do mostly freeway driving back-and-forth across the West Coast and it has got me everywhere I need to go the all wheel drive is excellent the air-conditioning the stereo the navigation’s all very very good and for a really really good price too.

The car is comfortable and has many features that I like. It has nice sound system, gets decent gas mileage. I like the heated seats and the trunk lift system. The engine seems a little noisy, I like the style of car.

Santa Fe 2018 model, I'd buy it again.

Over all, its a great car. I think there are a couple little details that could be adressed. 1. they should put the needed sports rim on top for kyaks. 2. it should come with a trunk cover for the price they are charging. 3. The back seat cup holder should have some type of storage pocket built in to it, its a waste of space. But at the end of the day I love the vehical and would buy it again, of course at a reasonable price, not what they are charging for it. I hope they keep this mode lbasicly the same, with the exseptions of what I listed.
