My Santa Fe "Earlean"

I chose this vehicle for price, performance, and quality. I evaluated similar vehicles but they could not provide a vehicle of equal value. I expect "Earlean" to last a long time with loving care. She is sheltered in the garage when not being driven providing shelter from weather and bird dropping.

2018 Hyundai SantaFe Sport

car looks great but very disappointed in its reliability. Inconvenienced frequently by oil leak, defective oil pan, bad starter. I bought a new car so I would be able to get to work everyday without worrying about car problems. I work in law enforcement and as an emergency responder, I am expected to be at work regardless of adverse weather conditions. When we had the very cold conditions this past winter, I had to resort to UBER to get to and from work. This is not acceptable considering I bought a 4 wheel drive vehicle to prevent that type of problem.

Why I love my Sante Fe

After test driving 5 different smaller SUV’s I really loved everything about the Sante Fe I purchased. I realized I could have the same quality vehicle with everything I was looking for for a much better price.

Great vehicle

We love our Santa Fe. It is a great driving car, very comfortable, lots of room. It is sleek looking and it has great options for everyone. There is plenty of space for cargo. The gas mileage is really good for a vehicle of this size.

2018 Santa Fe

Santa Fe, Turbo, Ultimate, 4 wheel drive. Vehicle has a good look/styling. Not real wild about the rear quarter panel upper crease over the rear wheels. But..overall appearance better than most vehicles in its class. Would prefer a wider tire and more wheel options. Rear end view could be better styled. Vehicle has a good look, great warranty, very good build quality and is a good value for the money.

Best Drive

1 mile, 1000 Vertical feet, gravel driveway. Santa Fe goes up without chattering the gravel, goes down when iced up. - then drives 80 miles on the highway in comfort, good power, and great sight-lines - all at 24 mpg. Awesome. Fits tall people.

I have had 3 Hyundai Santa Fe's I feel that Hyundai stands be hind there vehicle 100%, when I need service Hyundai is always there to help, I feel that Hyundai is one of the best vehicle on the road to day. I will keep get Hyundai's until I feel that thy have made a change in what they stand for.

GSP Review

Vehicle overall is excellent. Some surging in acceleration when turbo kicks in. Transmission sometimes seems to seek or not change gears at low speeds. Very comfortable overall with super features and high quality.

My Santa fe is very comfortable. W hen traveling for vacation, the back can really hold a lot. Especially the compartment underneath. Great gas mileage. Rear seating is comfortable overall, I love it.

Great car for the money.

My biggest dislike is the turbo engine. The transition of power is not smooth. Wish I had my other engine back. 2.4 The front seats need to be a little softer as they get mighty hard on a trip. Overall I really like it and it replaced my 2014 which went to my daughter

Hyundai cats have been a pleasant surprise. This is our second Hyundai. Great value for the money. Features are awesome, especially the 360 camera, makes parking a breeze. Love the heated steering wheel

This vehicle is Average at best. Will not buy again. Bought because of great discounts and 5-year warranty, Noisy, resale value is very disappointing, limited number of dealerships, No match for Toyota or Honda.

my response

santa fe is a good and reliable SUV, it gives you the nice luxury feeling on a price that you can afford. however still need corrections on some other stuff it may not be a big concern but it will be a good consideration. braking should response right away so that it can avaoid jolts when sudden braking hppend. lift gate should ditect object so it can avoid hitting something or someone.

Great Gas Mileage

I went from driving a 4Runner (which I loved!!) to the Santa Fe Sport and I will always love my 4Runner, but I can't help but get excited about the gas mileage I'm getting now. My one con: since I was used to a boxy SUV that had such great visibility, the visibility in the Santa Fe Sport has been an adjustment. The little windows in the back don't provide the great visibility I was accustomed to. Back to good things - you get so many up to date trendy tech features with this vehicle without spending gobs of money. I also like the dry wick material on the seats as opposed to cloth or leather (we have dogs - cloth just won't work for us with our animals and leather can be so hot in the summer). Overall, I think this vehicle is a great value for the money.

MINIMUM CHARACTERS WAY TO HIGH FOR SURVEY. SOMETIMES SIMPLE THINGS NEED TO BE SAID AND DOESN'T REQUIRE A LOT OF CHARACTERS. OVERALL THE SANTA FE IS A GOOD VEHICLE BUT I THINK THE QUALITY OF RIDE AND NOISE SHOULD BE BETTER FOR A VEHICLE COSTING ABOVE $35,000.00.

My favorite car ever!

I've owned many cars during my lifetime and without a doubt, my 2018 Santa Fe is my favorite. Obviously, it's beautiful, but more importantly, it's incredibly comfortable on long drives and is a great performer. on a 3,500 mile road-trip last summer I averaged an unbelievable 30 mpg, highway. And this is with a 293 hp, v-6 engine. I tell everyone who asks that this vehicle is by far the best SUV for the money. This is my third Hyundai and they've all been wonderful cars, but this one is the best yet.

Love Love Love My Santa Fe

I have driven everything from a Ford Escape, Trailblazer, Journey, etc... When purchasing a vehicle I had driven an Enclave a couple of years back and decided I wanted 3rd row seating and storage to haul my grandchildren and other couples. I liked the way it drove but decided to wait till later to purchase a new vehicle and someone mentioned a Hyundai and about the ratings it had and about how it had not had any recalls in 4 years. No other dealership could give me that so I went to test drive and loved the way it handled and was impressed by its size. My husband is 6'5" and cannot ride in just any vehicle because of the limited head, leg or shoulder space. This car had it all looks, round, 3rd row seating and room. I then went to drive the Buick Enclave and was very disappointed in how it handled overall comfort. It all the looks of an expensive car but the functionality just wasn't there and it cost approximately $10,000.00 more. So I chose the Hyundai. More for my money and believe me a better vehicle. It's been a year now and I am still just as happy as I was on the day I bought it.
