Vehicle Owner

Overall I like my 2019 Santa Fe, there is a couple of things that I somewhat dislike. The auto shut off when stopped at lights and slow acceleration when passing or after a turn. I cant seem to find anything to raise the driver and passenger front seats.

Car is great. Would recommend for the exterior look and comfortabilty and features. A con is the engine is too loud and scratchy. The dealer said the sound was normal. Another con is the paint. When I wash the car it collects dust right away.

Transmission Shifts Hard

Everything great except terrible transmission. From day 1 the transmission shifted hard between 1st and 2nd gear and was told by the dealership that it was normal and that I could use the "sports" mode for an easier shift. It shifts hard in both modes.

It's a great car.

Our last two cars have been a Hyundai. We now have the Santa Fe and we really enjoy it. It has a lot of "gadgets" that simply spoil us, it runs smoothly and has been a good car. Hopefully it will last for a long time.

Tail Gate

I really like my Sante Fe except for one thing the back of my car trunk or rear door does not have a button to open and close the van I had for 12 years had that feature and I guess I got use to pushing a button and opening the back

Santa Fe 2019

It’s a very roomy vehicle and the price is very competitive to other similar cars. I am very satisfied with the safety features which most of them come with standard. I like the look and the interior is well designed. However I would like the infotainment screen can display some driving info. The 2.4 engine is felt lack of power sometimes, but it still can get the job done. Fuel efficiency is just ok.

Very please with the Hyundai, and the driving experience. I love the safety features of this vehicle. Would definitely recommend it. Only thing is I wish the interior was a tad roomy for an SUV. Price is excellent compared to other similar models.

Santa Fe improving

The difference between the 2016 and 2019 is great! However there are still some improvements to be made. I would like to e sure where the corners of my car are. The right front seems to extend further that anticipated. The back up camera is useless in the rain. I have heard that some vehicles have a wiper for this. The sensors are off especially when a vehicle comes up on the passenger side. There is alot to figure out with all the buttons and switches. There should be a quick reference one can refer to.

Great except

Driver's side mirror has major blind spot, everything else, is fine. Drives well, it good in gas, reliable. Never gives me trouble. Only take to the dealership for maintenance. My third leased Santa FE.

too much road noise, Hard to enter for someone with mobility issues. Should have stayed with Kia the three I had were superior to the Hyundai. high pressure sales ,dealer did not fulfill the promises he made

Nice suv but found Rust within 6 months of purchase . It very good in gas and reliable my only problem was the dealer were i purchase the car they try to do paint repair on top of the rust with a paint pen car is a gold car my only problems is the place we got balise Hyundai in Columbus ave Springfield ma

Haven't had any problems with it. Wish we could have been able to afford one with a sunroof and automatic seats to move forward/backwards. Great gas mileage on the highway. Plenty of leg room for front and back passengers.

Love my Santa Fe.

Vert pleased with my Santa Fe. Would like an auto trunk opener (when carrying packages it's a pain to have to manually open trunk especially in the rain). Would like the front passenger seat to move up and down as its very low. Everything else is top notch and I feel very safe in this car. Love the blind spot mirrors and rear view back up mirror.
