Outstanding

It took my eyes since day one !! I loved it. Smooth driving, very interesting new features. This car is almost driving it self. The only thing that I'm concerned about is the safety child lock. I used to have it in my tucson 2018 seperate than the rear windows lock, but in my new car it is 2 in 1 child door lock and windows, which is I don't really like because I need to keep opening & closing the rear windows everytime my chI'l ldren asking me for !!

Enjoying my new SUV!

Love the ride, great style. I feel like the gas mileage should be better, and the bright lights aren’t super responsive but overall I’m pretty happy with it. Dealership was pretty easy to work with.

excellent performance for a 4 cylinder engine, lots of power and torque. Comfortable and quiet interior. I feel some options should be standard like, a powered driver's seat, heated seats, and dual climate control. Overall good choice

My 2020 Santa Fe

I really like my Santa Fe. It drives very comfortably. I like having a bigger vehicle - makes me feel a little more safe. I love the moon roof letting in all the light - have not had it through the summer yet. For a larger vehicle, it gets decent gas mileage. I drive a combination city and highway mileage and get between 25-27 miles per gallon. On the highway anywhere from 27-30 depending on the hills. My biggest complaint is the center console with buttons that can easily be pushed on/off or change mode of driving. Also like the map in the display to see what roads are coming up. Otherwise, I have to keep my phone plugged in for carplay to see a map. Don't know that it's good for my phone battery life. Put the map back and move the buttons off the console. Aside from those things, really like my Santa Fe. Like having the automatic lift gate - especially when my hands are full.

Comfortable care

It's a good looking, comfortable car with many safety and convenience features. It has ample leg and head room in the front seat as well as in the back seat. The back offers a lot of storage room. It has a good sound system. It comes with an excellent warranty.

Great vehicle innovations and features

Have safety features more than the average car. Interior is beautiful and spacious. Exterior is stylish for a compact suv. Systems are working reliably, the lane keeping assist works really well driving on the freeway. Blind spot detection works perfectly.

My new Santa Fe

I loved this car when I bought it and unfortunately the feature I like the most seem to stop working suddenly and no one warned me about the strange sensation when you pass another car on the Highway. I drove a Genesys prior to buying this car and loved the alarm when I had my blinkers on. The Genesys did not have that strange wobbling when I passed another car on the Freeway. I am thinking of selling this new Santa FE to get another Genesys.

Passenger too low

The seat is way too low in height and the cup holders in door and console too small you simply can’t get a cup in the door and console cup holder too small.............................................

Fully loaded whip!

Smooth riding, great upgrades fits tall and short people alike . The new paint color option and wheels was just the icing. There are a couple features I would change and one of them was changed in the Palisade so I am hoping they follow suit with the Sante Fe.

Excellent vehicle

2020 Santa Fe Limited is packed with features at a very competitive price point. It is slightly under powered at passenger capacity, and the fuel efficiency is a little lower than competing models - of which are also under powered. Overall a very nice vehicle for the price range. Not only would I buy again, I did buy again. The 2020 Santa Fe Limited is my 2nd, after having bought the 2019 Santa Fe Limited.

Poor dealership support

Good car but very poor dealership support. Leased car in Florida but NY dealership is not supporting warranty or replacement. Unfortunately unable to get back to Florida at this time so all " oil changes " are like pulling teeth.

Roomy SUV

Drives like a truck. Roomy enough for my 6'6" son. Plenty of cargo space. Gets ok gas mileage 27 mpg, I drive mainly highway. Handled well in the snow. AWD when driving 30mph or less. Cargo cover is nice.

2020 Huyandai Santa Fe

Love the car, but have trouble with safety features and local dealership getting it repaired. Frontal collision avoidance system failed at approximately 5000 miles. Local dealer is unable to perform the repairs.

2020 Santa De

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited in 2015...I traded it in on a 2020 Santa Fe a year ago. The vehicle is very nice all over and inside except for the rear seats rattling when they are in an upright position. When they are folded down...they do not rattle. Also, I hear the outside noises while driving which I never heard when i had the 2015. Also, the New Port Richey Hyundai dealership is over an hour away and also with COVID-19 these days...well I hate to go.

Great vehicle for price

We purchase our Santa Fe brand new. It is a great vehicle so far but when we got it the trim on the outside (chrome under window and black pieces next to windows) was popping off and keep popping off. The front seats are narrow so it makes it uncomfortable for long trips. And the back hatch also needs slammed in order for it to shut all the way. I would recommend this car definitely

One Year Satisfaction Review

Overall satisfaction of the vehicle is high. Only have few concerns but not sufficient to be deal breakers when buying. Enjoy the smooth ride and quietness of the interior from outside noise. Nice vehicle!

Pleasantly pleased

I previously owed a Hyundai vehicle before purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe. I have been Very pleased with my first Hyundai so I’m hoping my second purchase will be just as good. My first purchase was a comfortable, reliable vehicle that got great gas mileage. My new Santa Fe is barely a month old but I’m enjoying it so far.

Great vehicle but engine could be better.

I considered buying the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL with Premium Package, Ford Edge SEL and Honda CRV EXL. We have been a Honda family for many years. We have a Honda Pilot and I wanted a mid-sized SUV. I love the styling and size of the Santa Fe. I had not originally considered the Edge but I was very surprised by the ride quality and engine power. I have never loved the styling of the CRV but considered it because of the quality and ride of Honda. Honda was not willing to negotiate and had no incentives. I was down to the Hyundai and Edge. I liked the styling and warranty of the Hyundai but the ride and engine of the Edge better. I went with the Santa Fe. I am very happy with the vehicle overall; however, the engine is noisy and it can use just a bit more engine power. I wasn’t willing to spend the extra amount required for the 2.0 Liter Turbo. If they can decrease the engine noise and add some horsepower to the 2.4 I would rate the vehicle a 9 or 10. I have had the vehicle for 4 months with no problems. I haven’t had it long enough to rate the durability or reliability.
