Smooth ride great price

Bought because it was cheaper than the Ford Explorer. I have to admit that this vehicle may be as nice as the explorer but without the overly high price tag. It rides very smooth the seats are comfy my daughter loves that the back seat can move back for extra leg room

Great car

Great car. Nice ride, comfortable and roomy. Plenty of storage space, controls are easy to use. Visibility and safety features are very good. Warranty and free routine maintenance are great perks. Happy with my choice of the Santa Fe.

Overall good but engine sound issues and gad tank gage issues Leather seats already getting damaged Gas tank door is loose Sometimes Hard to start ringing stalls for few seconds. Gas mileage is horrible in city.

2020 Sante Fe

I have had the car for a year now and I am very satisfied with its performance. We had an issue with the back seat rattling unless someone was sitting in it or the seat back was in the down position. The service director was DETERMINED to solve the problem. It turned out to be a child seat anchor under the seat. No rattling now.

My Santa Fe is a quality vehicle. Rides smooth quick response safe vehicle. I have issues with the radio system. It is the worse I have ever had for many reasons. It has no cd player. you cannot sit and listen to the radio unless motor is running. It dos not shut off unless you open the door, ridiculous. If you are in a high crime area you have to open your door to shut off radio.

I dislike the engine shut off while stopped. They say it is to save gas. That is wrong. This car gets great gas mileage. There has to be stress on the starter components each time it shuts off and restarts. Hyundai putt a button to by pass this feature that God. It is a great car but things need updating.

Over all I love the car, I do however wish it had a little more power. Once it’s loaded down with the family it sure takes a lot for it to get up and go. I opted out of the one with turbo because I’ve never had a good experience with turbos. But overall love the Santa Fe

My experience with the Santa Fe is great this is the second one I have bought. Overall not a bad suv to drive great on gas. I love the bronze color. One thing ii should have came with a little more features for it to be a 2020.

I like the vehicles sturdiness. The back seat and trunk are a nice size. Radio display could be a bit bigger. Speakers for radio could sound better. I like that Weather Tech mats are offered now. They are very nice.

Redundant about disappointing Blue Link performance being so bad compared to remote starter on key fob.

Would much rather have remote control start where seats and steering wheel can also start rather than Blue Link which also proves to be unreliable! I would like to recommend vehicle but since remote start is through Blue Link I would have to ad a caveat stating Blue Link sucks!

Had a wonderful experience with the General Manager. He help us with everything we needed. Went out of his way to get me what I wanted, and asked me what I was looking for in the car I chose. Has a good experience with him & the finance person that we had. Engine noise is really the only thing that has me bothered

This vehicle is very spacious. Plenary of room for my family if 4. It comes with lots of great features including lane keep assist, collision warning system, Bluetooth, and apple car play. Drives great and get good gas mileage. Overall, great vehicle for the price.

I love my Hyundai Santa Fe. The craftsmanship in the making of the seats and interior is excellent, the color combination is very well coordinated. The seats are very comfortable and roomy. The heated front seats are great.

Be a 5 star if it weren't for the poor mileage

Love the design, comfort, safety, power, ride, audio quality, warranty, don't like the mpg. Why does my response require 200 characters. I have nothing left to say except I couldn't tell if I was answering question above or below the rating, very dumb on the poorly designed and lengthy survey.

Great vehicle for a family!

Wish more features came with standard as the previous year did have some great features in the standard model. The style and overall interior gives a luxurious feel. Very spacious. I was surprised that gas didn’t cost me much. Before I took a Lyft everywhere, let me tell you I’m saving so much just owning a vehicle. Thanks Hyundai!!!

Great car but the questionable entertainment system

This is the first brand new car I've purchased in a long time and, in most ways it has surpassed my expectations. It's easy to drive, comfortable, and has good has mileage. My only real complaint is with what should be the GPS mapping system. If the Santa Fe has any mapping system, I haven't figured out how to find out. In that sense, I have to say it's not user friendly.

I have had my Santa Fe for about 1 year. Comfy seats were the big seller for me. The ride is smooth. I love the hidden compartments in the back, the heated seats, the cup holder/arm rest for the back seat, and cruise control - the only thing I don't like about the package I got is that I should have gotten the next one up with the sun roof.

Little Things

I purchased my new car a day before a big snow storm. I drove the car home and left it parked a week before we drove it. When the weather cleared, I washed my new car. I found a small scratch on front bumper and numerous yellow paint dots on my new white Santa Fe. Not a big problem but disappointing to have on a brand new car.

Great car.

Love this car. Would have been 5 stars if not for the cup holders in door is very small and not much storage space. Also wanted turbo with AWD, not available. Also wanted the bigger tires and nicer rims that came with turbo. Had to make a decision on what was more important.
