I am happy with the car

This is the best Hyundai of the three I have owned and the easiest to drive. The driving assist features took a little time to get used to but all have proven useful and some have prevented an accident. The back up warning has kept me from backing into an oncoming vehicle.

Beautiful, comfortable, and dependable car

I have been very pleased with the extras and comfort of this vehicle. It drives so well and the safety feautres are excellent. It is very roomy and feels very comfortable. I liked the service department too.

Great Vehicle

We owned one of the first Sante Fe’s. They sure have come a long way and we couldn’t be happier. Love the stying of exterior and interior. Lots of fun to drive on the long trips we take. Storage and roominess for taking trips is amaizing. Highly recommend it.

It's a good, stable ride

Great styling, inside and out. Enjoying driving it 100 miles a day for work. I find it is roomy enough for 4, but has great cargo space. The metallic black color is great and I love the cloth seats. Easy to maneuver

Super nice

It is a great car for the value, love the color and inside. Wish I would have gotten a cd player and leather interior but too late for that. It is spacious in the very back but wish there was a 3rd seat like the Hyundai Veracruz.

Magnificent SUV...Enormous value and technology for the price. Service Manager Michael Huber make life that much more easy. Chris Goodwin has coordinated all of my leases for approximately 25 years. Gavin Strelecki was exemplary in his handling of completion and delivery of tge vehicle.

Good solid transportation with flair

My experience with this car has been almost flawless. It could use more power on acceleration but it is well controlled and has precise steering control. Very high quality and inspire confidence. This is my second Hyundai and will most likely get another.

Brand Keeps Performing

This makes my 4th Hyundai that I've bought from new, and 5th owned. Each has been well worth the purchase price in features, quality and performance. My first lasted over 200k miles without a factory issue and was only traded to move up the model line. At over 6 feet in height, I have found each to be roomy and a comfortable ride.

Best purchase

No buyers remorse! I love the ease of use, hand free technology, maneuver ability in traffic & overall driving of my Santa Fe! Has plenty of storage to include hidden storage. Back seats can fold down for extra storage. They can also recline a bit for passenger comfort.

Shop around before you buy a Hyundai

After owning my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL for a year now it has fallen short of almost all my expectations. For starters, the claim of 3 years of free maintenance I.e. oil changes and tire rotations is a joke. At maximum the most you will get 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations. What Hyundai and the typical dishonest car sales person doesn’t disclose is that in the fine print it states the free maintenance is at the manufacturer’s time table. According to the manufacturers maintenance cycle is to change the oil and do the tire rotation every 6000 miles or 12 months which ever comes first. I’ve only got 4500 miles on my suv so I’m not eligible until now (one year from my purchase) for the “free maintenance” so I will max out a 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations and as long as that is what the manufacturer recommends I’m fine with that, my only problem is that it seems a bit misleading when you advertise 3 years of free maintenance. I’m older and I remember when manufacturers suggested changing your oil and tire rotations every 5 to 6 months or 3000 to 4500 miles so I take issue advertising 3 free years of maintenance. In addition to that the fine print also states that if you use your vehicle excessively that Hyundai does not have to honor the “3 free year of maintenance” so that’s an issue for me. How ever it doesn’t end there. I bought this car with a factory installed remote car starter only to come to find out that after the free trial period if I want to use the remote start feature on my car I have to pay $18.99 not including tax and surcharges per month to use the factory installed remote start function on my Hyundai, that’s an additional $227.88 per year or and additional $2,278.80 if you keep your Hyundai for the length of its 10 year power train warranty. After a full year later I feel I’ve over paid for a subpar vehicle I honestly feel I should have shelled out a few more thousand dollars for a Honda, Toyota or Subaru as I have owned them in the past and was always happy with the the long term quality of them. I cannot say that about this vehicle. So shop around and think long and hard about what you’re saving in the beginning may cost may cost you in the long run.

A cheap man's Lexus SUV

This vehicle is well made, the joints are well positioned, no noise or squeaks come from the vehicle. The best feature for me is the data that is available on the windshield as a sort of hologram as it shows so much information while driving, and does not require you to move your eyes away from driving and towards the instrumentation.

Excellent Value for the $$$$$$$ , Runs Great ! I have the Maintence package and love it , Gets outstanding fuel mileage and handles well in the snow and rain , Lighting is great and we use the app that adds extra value for the money .

great suv one of the best automobiles that i have ever owned will be looking to buy another in a short time i enjoy my 2020 equinox but my 2020 Santa Fe is a fantastic vehicle if i would of driven the Santa Fe 1 st then i would of owned two Hyundai just a outstanding automobile

Fun and reliable car!

Switch the program for automatic start/stop to turn it on when you start the vehicle not turn it off! It gets old having to turn it off especially when it gets cold outside and then the car shuts off unexpectedly then have to turn off the feature! You should have the choice to turn on the feature
