2020 Hyundai Santa Fe

Great, reliable vehicle. Gas mileage could be better considering this is a smaller SUV, but comfort, convenience options and safety features are amazing. Auto windshield wipers and auto high beam headlights are some of my favorite features. The only thing I would consider it is lacking is a few more cup holders in the rear seat. Back cargo area is spacious and has lots of hidden storage also.

Fuel filler door fell off for no reason

Fuel filler door fell off for no reason and Hyundai will not cover it under the warranty. the car is less than 2 years old. There was NO reason for the fuel filler door to fall off, it is cheaply made. Other than that no other issues, so far.

Great Vehicle

Great value to go along with style and performance. Will replace with another Hyundai when the time comes to replace this one. My wife will be needing a vehicle in the near future and will also be looking at another Hyundai to replace hers.

Exceeds expectations

Great vehicle, great value. Did not know what to expect as a new Hyundai owner. Every detail exceeded my expectations. The interior and exterior fit my style. The safety features, warranty, quality, media and options were above and beyond other similar style competitor vehicles.

Well worth the money

First new car I’ve ever owned and I’m very happy with my choice! It has been easy traveling with the dogs and made it through the winter without any trouble. It’s the perfect amount of space. Plenty of leg and shoulder room if you’re taller.

Good so far

So far me and my wife are satisfied with our vehicle purchase. No defects or big headaches. Fuel consumption is far from ideal on city and engine is underpowered. Car is roomy and rides pretty well. Maintenace costs are pretty good

Amazing features with cosmetic flaws

To start off, I love this car. It is very comfortable and feels premium in some ways, but that can't deter the drawbacks of lower quality materials used in trim and cosmetics. Through normal and gentle use, wear and warping appear within a year that shouldn't at all, but despite that the vehicle itself seems reliable.

Good, reliable, fuel economy, driver friendly, looks, useful vehicle. Bad, known defects that were not addressed by dealer or manufacturer. Fuel filler door came off during a car wash. I had to glue it back on and it doesn't fit correctly.

Ok, service issue with wind noise

The car is great except for the wind noise problem. I like to drive it and it is big enough for us to feel safe. I like the heads up feature and the sound system is outstanding. Would buy again except for the wind noise problem no being resolved, in over two years, even after contacting multiple dealers, Hyundai America.

The sales person was very helpful.

This car was on the lot and we liked it since no 2021 were available. I would have preferred a remote start on the key fob but decided to give it a try. Now that I’ve tried it, it’s definitely a deal breaker and won’t ever get a cell phone starter again. Would have preferred auto closing side mirrors, but since this car is smaller than the last one I had I’m adjusting.

Love this Vehicle

The value is incredible with all the features for the price. Two years old yesterday and no issues. Great on the highway as well as the city. People often comment on ride quality and comfort. I believe it is the best SUV on the road today.

I have owned GM and Toyota cars before. Our Santa Fe limited so for is the best car we have ever had. Appearance, size and safety features sold us on this car. Plus Adam in sales was outstanding. Plus Russell in service is the best I have ever seen.
