Good salesperson, close-by dealership, a car I already knew was a good choice

Overall, it is a good car, comfortable to drive and ride in, with good gas mileage and excellent handling. The cargo space is bigger than some other cars similar in size. Poor front seat storage is frustrating.

Love My 2021 Santa Fe Limited

This is the most quiet and comfortable car I have ever owned, plus it drives nicely and is powerful. I love the styling and size. My only complaints are that some fit and finish details could be improved and city gas mileage is nowhere near advertised, no matter how hard I try. Highway mileage is about as advertised. The comfort is really it's strongest point, though. I am tall and have back problems and this car has a fantastic driver's seat and lots of space. First road trip and my back felt better after 13 hours in the car thanks did when I left home. Amazing!

Love the Sante Fe! (but...)

(2021 SEL Premium) Love the SUV! It is sized right, comfortable, and the features/ammenities are awesome. BUT...If I could go back in time, I would have spent the extra money for the turbo model. The base engine HP is underpowered. The "sport mode" and paddle shifters help, but still underpowered.

Excellent technology and easy to use.

Four items that i would change is LED in cargo area, higher rear turn signals, added spare tire, tuck the rear wiper high on rear widow, if those items were addressed i would not ask for anything more.

Good quality SUV. Auto start needs some fine tuning.

I’m very pleased with my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. My #1 criteria for purchasing it was fuel economy. #2 was warranty. It has excelled in both categories. I have achieved up 41 mpg traveling rural roads. I consistently get over 30 mpg on my errands. The only issue I have is the auto-restart after stop doesn’t always work.

I like the vehicle

the vehicle is nice I wish it came with the blue link set up I feel all vehicles should have the blue link system as well as all vehicles should have heated seats and blind spot warning. it would be nice to have mirrors that auto adjusted for lights

Great Vehicle With A Few Flaws

The new Santa Fe is an overall great choice. It has a few flaws but overall its a great vehicle. The scheduled maintenance should be better but its expected (hidden fees). The headlights could be brighter for night time driving and the fuel economy is pretty bad. Does have a really smooth and comfortable ride. The remote features are great!

Very constable suv and good looks, if it wasn't for the Passenger seat been to low and the lack of lights in the glove box and the center console I will give it a 5 rating. Very good looks and confort.

Love it, but it has a few issues

I love the appearance of the car inside and out. It's beautiful. However, I would have loved more choices of colors outside of the common colors. I like the driving assists. It rides smoothly and I love the extra compartments and the big, beautiful dashboard and controls, which were the main reasons why I decided to buy this car. Hyundai made a great effort loading the vehicle with many features to enhance the driving experience. However, I feel that it may have overdone it. The menu is so stacked with features, it makes finding things very difficult. For example, when I want to use the trip-o-meter, I have to spend ten minutes just flipping through the menu to find it, instead of just pushing a button like in my old car. That goes for many of the features in the menu. The Apple CarPlay is so unreliable, I sometimes want to disable and just use the Bluetooth - only I can't locate the Bluetooth. Too many features make it user unfriendly. Other than those issues, I am satisfied with the car.

This is a great vehicle. We love it and plan on staying with Hyundai. Reliable and handles great. Hyundai communication is impressive always asking for input and feedback. Service department at Royal has completed work in a timely manner. Called us with recall information that we were not aware of.

Overall satisfaction

Great everyday SUV. Sound system very poor and road noise is loud inside. It is the third Santa Fe we have purchased. Most disappointing is the sound system. Music distorted and you cannot understand the gps voice directions due to distorted sound.

Great Value for the Price with Few Exceptions

Hyundai far exceeds expectations in almost every way. Vehicle looks great, has a great warranty, and all parts are high quality. The entertainment touch screen is very nice, smooth, and easy to use, especially compared to other vehicles I've owned. Having a high quality screen just gives another indication that Hyundai cares about every part that goes into the vehicle and wants to provide high quality products to consumers. Transmission can be a little rough, but the warranty is for 100,000 miles so I'm not worried about it. Every vehicle will have some weaknesses, and Hyundai certainly doesn't seem to have very many!

drives good and has better gas mileage on trips but in town it has poor gas mileage

I enjoy all the perks the car has . I love the seat warmers and the stereo system and the big storage area too. The gas mileage is good when on a trip but not so much in town. My husband is a large man and he has to squeeze in when we go anywhere so he prefers his truck.

I love the comfort, performance, reliability and navigation. I just wished that the dealership agents should be good in their promise. The dealership service should make sure tires are correctly inflate and I should have given a paper receipt without asking for it.

My Third Sante Fe

Overall, this is a reliable, good looking vehicle with great power when needed and lots of convenient features. It is my third Sante Fe and fourth Hyundai. I feel the overall vehicle paint could be better applied or inspected at the factory and the other concerns I had were due to the selling dealer which I would not purchase from again.

Good

Im happy with it. Im confident that this vehicle will get me where i need to go until i won't be driving any longer. It is very large and accommodates three passengers in the back seat. My only concern is that it sometimes takes twice to start it.
