Very happy with the car

A little difficulty getting in and out of the car not a dealbreaker. Love all storage room above him a little floor. getting used to location of the instrument panel. The more I drive the car the more I like.

Hyundai dealership website was used to negotiate and do most all the pre-qualifying

The Hyundai Santa Fe was the well reviewed and the website provided good meaningful info with out having to play games. I was able to get info quickly. The Santa Fe is a very nice quality vehicle at a reasonable price with a seemingly up graded interior from its competitors.

Great all around vehicle.

The price and the warranty drew us to Hyundai. A family member has three Hyundai's in their family. Nothing but praises for the vehicle, liabilities and warranties. I investigated the car market for at least six months before making a final decision on buying my vehicle from Hyundai and have not regretted the decision since .

At this point in time the vehicle is too new to make a real assessment or comment. Need more time driving the vehicle and then experience going to the dealership for maintenance on the vehicle, for oil changes ect.

Good so far, like the drive however the price I paid for I was expecting more luxury for example leather seats and cooling seats as well. The car had good sound while driving and is easy to maneuver. Love the adaptive cruise feature.

Very nice outside and inside

Recently purchased my car from you, but encountered an issue. Just a month and a half in, it had to be towed to the workshop. The screen displayed 25 degrees outside, while it's actually 78 degrees here in Miami. Need assistance urgently.

The survey was ok

The Sante Fe is a very nice car, good valve not a powerful robust engine but adequate spacious lots of features .I am happy with car the warranty leaned me to buying this car .The console is not useful the phone charger takes up space .for something i seldom use.storage or cup holder more practical in my opinion.the warranty was a major reason I purchased the Sante Fe .the interior is OK but some materials are not going to hold very well.the driver seat belt buckle doesn't engage as smoothly as other car seat belts .the dealer was no different than the many dealerships I have dealt with over the years. this hyundai dealer added overpriced add ons to the MSRP.This made the negotiations a little more difficult especially ,that I DID NOT WANT THE ADD ONS.I thought this tactic was under handed.It seems all car dealers have to use some gimmick to make more.

My overall experience was excellent and professionally. I would definitely recommend a Santa Fe. It rides very well and has low maintenance. Compared to other vehicles in it's class it is priced very well.

Very smooth ride and spacious. Entertaining system easy to use. Love the interior trim. Exterior color is unique and looks very nice in this model truck. Premium quality rims and tires. The digital key app and features are super convenient.

It's Okay!

It gets you from A to B. I wish it had 3 rows of seats, leather and a moon roof. The lane corrector is a bit aggressive. It jerks you back into the lane. The front collision braking is a little too aggressive as well.

Love the vehicle but not the service

The Hyundai Santa Fe 2023 is a great vehicle. I cannot say the same about the dealership and service department. Takes over a month to get a service appointment with the dealership and need to wait another month for the actual appointment. The add that they wasn’t to keep your vehicle for 7 to 10 days to evaluate the problem. Not my idea of good customer service!

An Important Note For Buyers

My review would be for an automobile that basically doesn't exist any longer. The 2024 Santa Fe is completely different than the 2023, which includes a drastic change of the body style. For someone buying a 2023 pre-owned Santa Fe, I would recommend the vehicle, if comfort, and fuel mileage are important. On one long trip, my fuel mileage was over 35 mpg for highway without hills. My average is 30 mpg for combination city and highway driving.

I love the size of this vehicle and design. the color is classy and the dress package is amazing. Best car seats I have ever sat in. I know I wanted this even before a test drive! So many added features that each driver can make their driving experience uniquely theirs!

You won't be disappointed!!!!!

I love the look both interior and exterior of the Santa Fe XRT. All the added safety features, navigation, heated seats, and leather are a big plus at this price point! The leg room, cargo space, and overall comfort is enjoyable. I love the ease of use of this vehicle and the smooth ride. Hyundai's warranty allows me to feel secure in the fact that i will have reliability with this vehicle for years to come.

Love everything about my new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Limuted. Would have preferred a different choice of rims for the Limited package. In my opinion, the ones that come on the Limited are too sporty looking.

Glides

I have had many Hyundai's mostly Sonatas when I bought my Sante Fe I expected a similar ride as my Sonata however I was pleasantly surprised that the ride was more of a glide down the road. It was so smooth and quiet that I was totally impressed that a week later my dad traded in his 2018 Sante Fe for a new 2023 one. This year's model has far exceeded expectations.

2023 Hyundai Santa Fe

I chose the Santa Fe as I was interested in the Hyundai warranty. The Santa Fe fit into my budget, and the vehicle does not disappoint. The only drawback I have found is with the driver's seat adjustment. Haven't found that sweet spot yet.
