2025 Hyundai Santa Fe is a solidly fine vehicle. I have been satisfied with the vehicle so far. Disappointed because I got the coating protection and it did not hold up against bugs and/or possible a dust particle and Hyundai said it wasn't covered. This is after having the vehicle maybe 2-3 months. Also, I took my vehicle in for service because of a recall and soon after I get low psi warnings for all the tires at the exact same amount that fluctuates from 27 to 29 randomly. The customer service was above average during the recall visit because the dealership attempted to resolve the protection coating issue but ultimately ending with the option of me making a claim on my insurance in order for them to do anything. Having the vehicle less than 6 months it is comfortable and seems to be working fine other than the items mentioned above. The salesman would receive an A, the vehicle a B, and the overall customer service (results matter) a C+, but the people deserve an A for the communication, follow up and for just giving a crap. I will need to buy another vehicle in about 2 years, and I will consider being a repeat customer.

Love my 2025 Santa Fe & working with Jacob Sturm-Van Horn Fond du Lac

My new 2025 Santa Fee is wonderful. Very comfortable and easy to handle, The blue color makes it a very attractive looking vehicle. Jacob Sturm at Van Horn Fond du Lac was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and explained about the vehicle so I could understand it. Other staff included Brad and Jake who also were a pleasure to work with. I am greatful that I have free oil changes!

Santa Fe - nice, but lacking

I replaced a Ford Flex with the 2025 Santa Fe. So far, it's a decent vehicle, but I miss my Flex. 1) The manual is really poorly written, and the electronic version is really poorly formatted. 2) The gas mileage isn't what I was expecting. Apparently, peak performance is in a very narrow range at 55 mph with no A/C running. 3) The gas gauge is nearly useless. The miles to empty calculation is better, but still a dynamic guessing game. 4) The trip meters aren't very practical. 5) The alerts will drive you nuts, and sometimes contribute to distracted driving. 6) The haptic alerts are a little too sensitive. If you don't try to manage them, they will literally try to yank your car back into a lane with the slightest deviation from center. 7) My local service techs don't seem to know a lot about how the dashboard display works...they hunt and peck as much as I do. 8) Rear visibility is pretty poor. The cameras are a must in this vehicle. 9) Read storage is only fair, and there aren't enough tie-downs or anchors to carry much without risk of things flopping around.

2025 Hyundai Santa Fe

Plenty of room for everyone. I have six grandchildren and each one of them have a beautiful comfortable seat to sit in and no touching. Ride smoothly we’ve taken several 60 mile trips to the south of us and to the west it rides awesome quietness the surround sound and the vehicle is awesome, and everybody has airflow throughout the vehicle all the way to the back which they enjoy that so much it doesn’t have to come straight from the front or straight from underneath. No one complains that they can’t feel the air all the way in the back third row and we’re not frozen in the front trying to make the back cooler. It is definitely the best ride yet and I love it.

Love it!

Love all the safety features, especially the camera that shows the blind spots when the blinkers are turned on. There are so many features compared to my 2019 Santa Fe that it takes some getting used to. Not crazy about the look of the outside (head and taillights look like dog bones to me, and not a fan of the boxy shape) but love the car so much, it doesn't matter. Can't imagine anything this car needs to improve. My car has more and better features than my friend's 2025 Mercedes and Lexus SUV's at a lower price point (more cameras, more alerts, longer warranty). My 3rd Santa Fe and I have loved all of them

Nice car

Nice car so far but a couple of quirks. Like the handling (given that it is a big vehicle). Like the strong acceleration. Gas mileage is acceptable for it's size. I like the controls and the screens for the most part. Don't like that the auto steering turns on when you turn on cruise control. Baking up with the bike rack on the back took a while to figure out how to disable the auto braking function. The emergency horn warning goes off when the dog is in the car and we stop at the gas station???? Sometimes after the car is parked (in Park and Engine is off) I come bake to find the heater blower running???

Nice car

Really nice car, nice safety features. Nice display . I would hope in the future the standard editions would have at least one touchless phone charger since it’s integrated on the design. Also did not realize manual movers on seat. Those are my two drawbacks . The next edition is $6000 plus so not in budget.

Santa Fe

Vehicle is wonderfully quiet and smooth driving and riding. Too complicated electronics with too many choices. Ridiculous having to apply the brake to shift into neutral and out as moving in a car wash in neutral and applying brakes before someone runs into you. Mileage and trip readings go to zero when engine turned off. Acceleration from stop is not very responsive, but is good while moving.

I love it

I love nearly everything about this vehicle, it drives so nice, tons of space. My only issue (and its probably me) is how the radio/screen displays. I wish I could see audio info and nav info, but doesn't seem to be an option. I would recommend.
