Good job, but watch for small details
They repaired the items I needed fixed in a timely manner, but left a scratch in the passenger side door that was being worked on. I was disappointed in this because I work very hard to maintain my car and keep it scratch free.

One question I've always buy the MOBIL oil on MY oil changes. Is that MOBIL oil good for 7,500 miles before I change it.

Yes you can go further on Mobil 1 oil, i would not reccomend going beond 5,000 miles in this area due to our traffic patterns of high stop and go traffic.

Genuinely cared of my issue
This was a defect of the 2016 Tucson, I had brought it in 3 times & it couldn’t be corrected, so Hyundai put a new transmission in, so far so good.

They did the right thing
I went for a state Inspection. Asked them if the vehicle needed an oil change. They politely said no. "Our oils are much better, so just go with the miles, not the months". (I happen to be a low mileage driver). Really appreciate that kind of honesty. Megan is like an Angel and the Service department is very courteous.
