Great service.
Javier, (service) has been my only contact at PHH since my purchase 9yrs 10months ago. He’s the best. I will keep my Genesis and Javier. Because if I get a new one, I would have to change dealerships. When you start selling Genesis’s again, maybe I’ll consider a new one.

I know when I go in for service no matter what it is and explain to Javier what I need taken care of that he listens intently and goes over everything with me making sure I understand what is going to be done!

Javier along with the service team and the service they provide are 1000% top rated in my book!!

Honest, friendly, and gets it right the first time
This was my third time at Puente Hills Hyundai service center. Just like the previous visits, I was very pleased with the service dept. Javer, was extremely helpful and was genuinely interested in making sure the work got done efficiently, correctly and most of all made sure I was satisfied. They are a terrific place to take my car and the car wash was a nice touch too?

Javer in Service goes that extra mile for his clients.
I have dealt with many of the service personnel in the past and by far, Javer is the best. He knows his clients and goes that extra mile for them. I have had all services for my car done at this dealership and if I have had any problems, they are dealt with in a timely manner. It is nice to have a good repor with the dealership.

Every service is good except the automate car cleaning is not satisfied , it's still dirty and not completely finished job.
