I am very upset.
I got regular maintenance on Friday. And my car has a warning light 'have to service'. So, I call your service department. But they told me 'Bring the car.' I don't have time enough, so asked them please take my car in my home. But they couldn't. After 1 week, you took my car. Someone bring the car and took my car for me.

And the car someone bring to me was too much smell. I couldn't drive for a while. Too much cigarette smell.

Please check the car for customer.

Timely & professional
Went in for my first service (oil change). I was in and out within an hour even though there were a few people in front of me. The accommodations inside were nice too. Ice cold water bottles, popcorn, donuts and hot dogs! Loved how efficient they were. They even washed my car!

Trustworthy Service
I recently had to replace my transmission and I know how costly this is. Thank goodness Hyundai's 10 year, 10,000 miles warranty was good and I didn't have to pay a cent. All other services cost totaled fair amounts and my service advisor even cut some costs. I won't take my car anywhere else.
