Service took longer than expected
I have always been totally impressed with the standard of care I have received. However this last oil change and tire rotation took well over 1 hour with an appointment. That was unexpected and I was not advised it would be that long. when they had evening service hours It never took that long.
I am hoping this was just a fluke and will have service again in the future.

Hmmm?
Oil change and recall item repair. Still trying to understand why Hyundai Corporate phoned me to advise there were recall updates to be made. Uncertain why the St. Charles Hyundai did not update records to inform corporate. Disappointed the dealership did not perform a car wash and vacuum. All other dealers which have serviced this vehicle have returned it with a clean interior and exterior.

1) was surprised no personnel came up to my car when I pulled. 2) Major drawback (to me) is that services have to be scheduled ahead of time and have to be planned around rather than being able to drive up when circumstances allow. This is why I never have routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.) done at the dealership.

Noise Visit
I took my car in for a loud rattling noise. I was reluctant to do so because how many things on a car can rattle. They figured it out right away and had my car done in less time than they said. It was the easiest car repair visit I’ve ever experienced.
