I apologize that you felt the service advisor and technician's actions were directed towards you, but I don't believe that was the case.  However, I never want our clients to perceive we don't believe them.  I've spoken to both the advisor and technician about their professionalism in the presence of our clients.  I'm glad to hear that your pick up experience was much better.

Hiley Hyundai Burleson Is Still Good
I gave 5 stars because I didn't want them to fire anyone. The prices are average (a bit high). My service advisors -- men AND women -- have always been nice to me at this location.

Be cautious about purchasing a new Tucson
they have a known transmission problem that kept my 4 month old vehicle in the shop for 31 consecutive days! Yet Hyundai and the dealers continue to sell the vehicles....maybe the are thinking it will fix itself? This is not an honest or trustworthy company.
