Unnecessary service cost me service credit
My previous oil change had apparently been too early which I did not know. The man who helped me did not express that to me. I got an email saying it was time to come in again for service so I did. I came in, waited for an hour and had my car serviced. Only to be told that the last man was supposed to let me know that I had came in way too early. So they again had serviced my car 9,000 miles too early. They could have checked the paperwork or my history before hand, let me leave and then return at the correct mileage milestone but instead they used my 15,000 mile service credit far too early and now I’ll be out later down the road. The woman who told me all of this in no way tried to correct it or resolve the fact that they had mistakenly serviced my car too early and used my credit without asking.

I think we were taken advantage of on the purchase of the car and phone calls as well as letters about the situation were not acknowledged. I recommend the service dept.but not the sales dept.

I have had Hyundai’s for many years, I have purchased all at Vandagriff in Arlington, the service quote I received from them for my 45000 mile check up was outrageous!!! Although the vehicle prices are much lower and more negotiable.

Although we had to wait a week to get in, once we were there the service was great. Mary explained everything as was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Informative of services recommended but I didn’t feel pressured into agreeing to everything. THIS non- pressure service will ensure we come back to this location, if needed Pleasantly our vehicle was ready for pickup that same day.
