Service excellent as usual but I was horrified that their was no social distancing and no employee was wearing a mask. Not acceptable in these times

Thank you Marcia for the feedback.

We have tried to implement social distancing in our stores with floor markings to help illustrate the six foot rule.  We installed shields at all our advisor desks so that there is a physical barrier for our guests.  We have been covering and wiping down vehicles after service all in our efforts to keep our employees and guests safe.

These are challenging times for all of us and we certainly hope times are better for your next visit, but if not, we'll still be here, and we'll still be doing our part to keep everyone safe.

Norm Rosen has serviced both our Hyundai's starting with the Sonata in 2010 and the Santa Fe in 2018. He's thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the Sonata was T-boned two weeks ago--total loss. Thanks again for the excellent service.

WAS ABLE TO GET MY VEHICLE IN AND SERVICED DURING THIS COVID-19 ISSUE. AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETE THE SERVICE ADVISOR WALKED ME OUT TO MY VEHICLE AND DISINFECTED THE SEAT AND DISPLAYED ALL OF THE PPE THAT WAS INSTALLED IN THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO SERVICE TO ENSURE THE HEALTH OF ME AND THERE EMPLOYES WAS TOP PRIORITY.
