Been in the shop for major issues too many times. Only had 4000 miles

Service dept at empire was horrible to deal with mostly to service manager. He didn’t like that he was supposed to fix it when it was bought at prime in seeking. Who was even worst to deal with than empire

High tech high reliability

Calligraphy spec is untouchable for value, every available option and the 2.5T offers enough power. More than it can realistically handle. Gearbox is good sometimes does its own thing but it’s a DCT so understandable. Handling is sometimes truck like crashing over bumps rather than taking them in its stride. But it’s a 40k SUV not an 80k one.

Our second Santa Fe and we continue to be impressed with the quality and value of our Hyundai. We’re at 27,000 on our 2023 Calligraphy and all is well. Fun to drive and no maintenance issues.

Overall a good vehicle

My biggest issue is I cannot use my hands free phone. When I talk through that device people cannot understand what I am saying. After several tries I finally got your service people yo check it anD they said they couldn't find anything. Amazing when I got back in it and made a call I had the same problem. I cannot use it ever. So I am immesgally using my cell phone in speaker. Very inconvenient and dangerous .

Great vehicle for the price.

Right size for my needs. Like the power of the turbo. Quiet ride. Seats are comfortable for short rides but not long rides. Instrumentation is logical and straitforward.

My Santa Fe

Overall I'm pretty happy with my Santa Fe. I love the safety features. I'm not crazy about the ride handling at higher speeds but for the most part it is a good vehicle. I would definitely consider owning another one.
