Meh - Decent car

We bought our Santa Fe in April 2025, we've already had multiple problems with it. Tires only lasted 15000 miles, a brake rotor already wore out at 14000 miles, we've had multiple cosmetic issues as well as having to replace the interior phone charging system not to mention multiple exterior cosmetic issues. Just not impressed overall as much as I thought I would be.

I love my vehicle just not service. My drivers door handle stopped working so I had to have it replaced they painted it the wrong color. Every time I try to call checkered flag Hyundai i get the run around, no answer, told i can only come in on Friday and they may get it fixed last time they had car for 3 days. I have tried over and over to call Arletha and gotten hung up on every time. I want the problem fixed but I work and only having a painter on Friday is a Hyundai problem. I have to have my car to get to and from work 10-6:30pm. I tried to call Hyundai America corp. and got hung up on I'm sure by AI. I love my Hyundai and this is my third Santa fe but pretty sure it will be my last. My daughter has my 2019 I just wanted an upgrade I bought 2025 and paid cash for it. I moved from Maryland to Virginia Beach that's when issues started never had problems with service in Maryland

Not user friendly

The information system is not user friendly. The system keeps switching programs on its own. The radio does not give information as to what you listen to. Jeep has a much better info system. None of the controls are user friendly. Heat air conditioning etc are difficulty to program. The distracted driver warning system is awful Need a way to disable it. The tail gate opening is awful. Not well designed.

Santa Fe 2025 Review

My Santa Fe rides wonderfully and has a lot of comfortable accessories. I love the setup inside. The only negative is the seat belt connectors. They are so low into the seat that it is difficult to click in. They are tight against the seats. The only other very, very disappointing item with this vehicle is the warranty. I have had a few things requiring replacements that added up to $1200 on a vehicle that I purchased last April 2025. I only purchased this Santa Fe based on the "hype" of a great warranty with Hyundai. Not true. :(

couple of months in

Overall good but not great. Hood paint was chipped not noticeable in the dark when purchasing. Dark Grey trim was not attached during assembly correctly so looks in properly assembled and appears to come off easily.

Continuing Cracking noise from dash board. !

Our 2025 Santa Fe is roomy and has a nice ride but there is a continuous loud cracking noise coming from under the dash board! Concerning it’s a safety issue with the frames firewall is cracking apart! Took in for service to Fritzgerald Hyundai Clearwater Florida! Service manager said their could not fix under warranty even though the senior technician heard the noise on a test ride. Service manager stated it was not listed in the Hyundai corporation service software as a service issue so they could not fix the problem. Chief technician said he would call Hyundai’s chief engineer about the problem and call me back! Fritzgerald Hyundai never called me back! I see many Santa Fe customers have complained about the same loud cracking noise on customer complaint sites online! Also, I have spoken to many 2025 Santa Fe owners in parking lots and they all confirmed they hear the loud cracking noise! Appears Hyundai is not responding to customer complaints and covering up the issue by denying warranty service!!!!!
