Had an issue that needed resolved, technician personally called and is helping resolve.
Recently took my car in for routine maintenance, noticed a new electrical issue(speaker), and new vibration after the appointment. Could not get a call back after 1 week of daily calls/voicemails. Finally heard back from advisor who was very helpful in getting me scheduled to come back in to resolve issue.

Dealership needs updated, staff need to be trained, poor technicians
Took my car in for routine maintenance (tire rotation/oil change), got it back with electronic issues/engine issues that now need additional repair.
