Always Excellent Service!!!
Every time I visit this dealer, I have received excellent service - from purchasing my vehicle to the service. On all but two of my services, my service person has been Sean Tolson. He has always made me feel that I am the only customer that he has, and that he gives me his undivided attention to my questions and service needs. He is ALWAYS very professional! Another time, I got there just about at closing time, and John helped me, even though he was just about to get off. It took about 25 minutes to take care of my problem, which was minor, but he also took the time that was needed and helped relieve the anxiety that I was feeling. A few weeks ago, when the temperature outside dropped dramatically, I came there because my tire pressure had gone down to a very uncomfortable level. After cautiously driving there, a young lady took my car to the back, refilled the missing air in the tires, and returned my car to me, assuring me that everything was a-okay, and it WAS!!! I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT POHANKA HYUNDAI!!! Excellent customer service all the way around!!!

It took a little longer that I hoped to diagnose the problem, but they worked with insurance and others well and kept me informed

I received pictures and the name and number of the tow truck that hit my car in the shop. I would have liked a little more help with that

From the first phone call to inquire about service to paying the cashier at pick-up; the customer service has been excellent! Sean worked with me through the entire process and sent timely text updates, the communication was consistent and clear. I received an update at every step of the process. No one gets excited about paying for auto repairs but Pohanka Hyundai and Sean maybe the process transparent and painless - I'll be back!
