Sean my advisor is excellent however I had an issue that the vehicle had to be returned next day they figured out one if the issues promptly the other issue is intermittent so ei have to go back again for wiring issue

Great customer service
Ok, the rating that I’m giving is based on the professionalism that the service representative for Pohanka displayed. I have been taking my car into Pohanka every since it’s purchase and fortunately I usually have Sean as my service rep. He is very courteous and professional. Sean will explain the service that your car is receiving and will to the best of his knowledge inform you as to how long the job will take. However my concern that I had from my previous rating was based on the recall info that I received. I made an appointment online and was sent a reminder regarding my time and date. However when I arrived at the service department I was informed by Sean that the parts were not in to complete the work. Personally I feel that if Hyundai is recalling a certain model for recall the parts should be there at the service department so that the job can be completed. Thank you Sean for explaining to me what the job entails so that when the parts come in I will know what to expect as well as the length of time the job will take.

If a car is on recall and an appointment is made to have it fixed. Then all the parts should be available so that the work can be completed. Very disappointed today!

it was ok.
The guy at the service desk was extremely nice and helpful. However the service done on my car was just ok. I honestly don't think they rotated my tires but I know for a fact that they didn't put air in them. It is sad that I have to always check what they are suppose to do when servicing my car and then after receiving my car I have to double check as much as I can again.

Service Dept. needs a little change
Set an appointment the day before. Didn’t matter when I got there. Had to wait longer than the estimated time frame that was given when I got there. When It was over the review contradicted the review from my last service (apparently my brakes and wipers got better over the last 5k miles). I was also told they do courtesy cars after being told previously that they didn’t by a cashier.

I really don't think customer service is a priority. As requested by his response to my first review, I called Mr. Benack two weeks ago, he was not available and I left a message. No call back to date. I love my 2015 Sonata and I would prefer to deal with the dealer for repairs, oil changes, etc.. but I think I'm going to find another service provided.

I am extremely disappointment with Pohanka Hyundai. I have been taking my car to this dealership since having my car and trusted their advice. Approximately 3 months ago I began having trouble with the battery of my car. I would go through period of not having my car start, having to contact roadside for a jump and then taking it to the dealership to be evaluated. On at least two occasions, the tech stated that there was nothing wrong with my battery and that it was good. On the third occasion, the tech indicated that the battery issue was due to factory issue with the gear shift, of which they replaced. At that time I again inquired if there was anything wrong with the battery and if it needed to be replaced, and I was assured wholeheartedly that the battery did not need to replaced and should last.

Two weeks ago, I had to replace the battery. When I inquired as to what happened to it, I was really provided an explantation other than it "it could be for a multiple of reasons". I then had to pay for the replacement as the warranty had "just" expired. Had the battery been replaced when I began having issue three months, I would not have had to pay anything.
My car is barely two years old and I should not be having any major issues with my car nor taking it back and forth to the dealership.

I am disappointed in the service and overall quality of my car if I continue to have issues.

No problem with Pohaka my issue is with HMA they where not responsive to my needs

Better than expected.
I've had issues with this location in the past but this most recent visit was a welcome surprise in how good it was. I was able to go in and get serviced in a decent amount of time. Much improved.

My experience was excellent.
Sean the service agent was great on communicating what was wrong with my car, and what was needed to correct the problem. He got me in and out in a reasonable time and tried to help me keep the cost down. Very good experience.
