I purchased the my vehicle because of its slick look and safety features. There are two downfalls the side mirrors don’t automatically close on the limited and the down should stay looked until you open the door. The looks open upon turning the car off.

The quality of and design of the car is wonderful. Engine power could be better, but I am comparing it to my Toyota Highlander with a 6 cylinder engine.

Took my car in for routine oil change. Ryan was my service provider. He was fantastic. Professional and enjoyable personality. Nothing is worse than sitting and waiting for a service but knowing you're in good hands is worth it.

Love the vehicle although I bought at dealer on west side now Great Lakes and have it serviced closer to home. Coughlin I purchased tire warranty and key replacement. Why are these records not viewed by all dealers. Coughlin wants paperwork to update there system. All info should be with vehicles

Great car to travel distance in. Ride is comfortable and nice. Gasoline mileage is better than expected although less during colder months when car heater is activated.

The one thing that I wish for. Please update the firmware so that I can set my Tucson to prevent it from shutting off when coming to a stop. Small thing, but I start my car and immediately push the button so it keeps running when I stop. Two things have worn out on my previous vehicles. The starter and the alternators. continually starting the car doesn't make sense. I cannot detect a significant difference in gas mileage by letting it shut off when I stop. Please make this change.
