Nice exterior, poor interior

We were told the seat material was extremely durable and would not crack. A year after owning it, the seats were cracking and we were told the warranty would not cover it. Extremely disappointing.

An excellent no problem car!!

I have had the car 2 years and have only 12,000 miles on it. I have had no problems with it and would highly recommend a Hyundai Santa Fe .

Disappointed

Within a year large chrome piece came loose but was replaced under warranty. Around the same time, a seam behind my back on driver side popped open and Hyundai said it was not under warranty and would not fix.

Love it for the most part!

I really love my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. It is my first ever brand new car. I really wanted a different color but the selections were few at the time of my purchase. The performance is exactly what is expected My only concern to date is that the car kind of freaks out every once in awhile and gives me error messages that are irrelevant and or unnecessary. Because they disappear within a few minutes or up to a day or two.
