Vehicle is okay. I prefer my Mitsubishi

I had a serious problem with the windshield wipers. Very much a safety issue with anybody who lives in the northeast. Snow and ice is an on going issue in the winter and the wipers didn't work in the bad weather. Also, the Hyundai service department wasn't very accommodating. Would not recommend this vehicle to anybody that lives in cold weather climate. Thank God that it is a lease and I don't own it.

2024 tucson

overall nice car. my 5th hyundai. only 3 things I wouuld fix. 1) windshield wipers are not able to be pulled upright so its easy to exchange the wiper blades with out leaning out overe the hood on drivers side. 2) access plastic that covers oil drain plug is reversed from common sense. ours came loose and hung down. driving pushed it down into the road wearing it out needing to be replaced.. if it were reversed, wing would lift it away from road and plugs could be re installed 3) wind noise. this is the first hyundai that has had excessive wind noise when on highway

Neverending glitches and no instructions

My manual doesn't even apply to MY CAR. The seat alert dings constantly when there is NO ONE or NOTHING in the front seats. My radio turns itself on after a cell call ends, LOUD. My car breaks hard when there's NOTHING BEHIND ME. My car has slammed on the breaks and thrown my dog to the floor on multiple occasions because there's a car 5 car lengths AHEAD OF ME. There is NO WAY to adjust the distance even though the manual says there is, because the manual seems to have instructions for other models but NOT MINE. You're forced to reset controls EVERY TIME you turn the car on. Hyundai won't accept a payt plan to help with personal property tax like other companies(VW) will. Hyundai doesn't accept credit cards for payt so I can at least get cash back for my payt which would help save for my personal property tax.

Decent vehicle

Out of the Kia Sorento and Tuscon I leased 2 years ago this is my least favorite. More issues. Smart features are not allowing for driver to use experience over technology. Electrical issues. Just overall not thrilled but not bad either. Sorento much better.
