Hyundai Tuscon recall for towing harness

I Took my 2024 Tuscon for a oil change and have the recall to my wiring harness fixed. Asked if they had the part, said yes we can fix it. Fast forward a few weeks later I go to hook my boat up. NO WIRING HARNESS. So I go ask the service department what's up? No wiring harness? How can I tow anything? He tells me that's the fix, remove the harness and put a dust cap on! So I lose the ability to use my boat! That's not a fix! He said contact Hyundai so I will. Not happy at all. Fixed it myself. 30$ for a new wiring harness i put in. Not a good look Hyundai!!!!

My first Tucson

I really enjoyed this vehicle. I didn’t have any issues and it traveled well on the road. My horn did need to be replaced but my dealership did a great job with scheduling this repair.

Limited Edition: love the sun roof, the side view turn cameras, and handling. Lane assist and cruise control make long distance travel comfortable. 3rd Tucson for me, 7th for family.

2024 Tucson SEL convenience FWD.

The overall experience is good but with my model the avg. fuel consumption is pretty high. I don't drive bad or frequent brakes but still not good fuel economy, If someone can do diagnosis, that be helpful.

Easy to drive very comfortable all good but I don't like to put the maintenance button that I have to engage every time that I engage the drive mode when I start the vehicle so that the engine keeps running

Nice features but GPS needs work.

Engine is rather noisy. Nice features and good app. GPS has sent me 14 miles out of my way once and had me turn left when it should have said right. Reroutes aren't the best.
